Devil May Cry is an action-adventure video game series that was created by Hideki Kamiya. ArtFX J Devil May Cry 5 Dante Figure

This figure of Dante shows off his Smokin’ Sexy Style in the most recent installment of the Devil May Cry series, Devil May Cry 5. This figure stands at approximately 9.4” tall and is 1/8 scale of the original character. Matching the detail that is present in Devil May Cry 5 may seem like an impossible task, but Kotobukiya has taken on the project and produced fantastic results! Dante is shown with his blade Rebellion, ready to charge forward in a deadly thrust attack. The leather of his jacket and his pants are sculpted perfectly, a wonderful rendition of the original. About Dante

Dante is the son of the demon, Sparda, and a human woman, Eva. He is a man of many trades, serving as a paranormal mercenary, private investigator, and a Devil Hunter. Dante is dedicated to eradicating supernatural forces that seek to take over the earth, fighting against evil throughout his life.

Background

Dante is the second son of Eva and Sparda, being only preceded by his twin brother, Vergil, who was born only a few moments earlier. Dante has a “mouthy” personality, not hesitating to talk back to even the most powerful demons. He is fearless and flamboyant, his personality shining through with style in everything he does. Dante values his friends and his family very highly, willing to go to great lengths to protect them. Fighting is a given for Dante with his trade, but despite everything, he seems to thoroughly enjoy it.

Special Abilities

Dante is a half-demon and half-human hybrid. Because of this, he has the abilities of both. He boasts superhuman strength and speed, as well as accelerated healing. He is also able to manipulate demonic powers, channeling his energy into his guns and swords. Dante primarily relies on his large arsenal of weapons on the battlefield. The Rebellion sword and his Ebony & Ivory handguns are only a couple of the many options for players in the game.

Other Important Devil May Cry Characters

Dante is the main protagonist in Devil May Cry. However, there are several other characters throughout the many games that are quite important to the story. Here are two other very important characters in the series.

Nero

Nero is one of the main protagonists featured throughout the Devil May Cry series. His first appearance is in Devil May Cry 4, with a follow-up appearance in the most recent installment of the series, Devil May Cry 5. He is the son of Vergil, as well as the nephew of Dante. He was raised in a religious group that protects the world from demons but later joins Dante to fight against the Order of the Sword and becomes a demon hunter.

Vergil

Vergil is the son of the demon Sparda and the human Eva, as well as the elder twin brother of Dante. He is also the father of Nero, making Nero Dante’s nephew. Vergil is one of the main characters of the Devil May Cry story, more often than not being featured as an antagonist. His personality contrasts greatly from Dante’s, being more reserved, calculating, and stoic.
