About Obi-Wan Kenobi
Obi-Wan Kenobi was many things in his life, a protector, Jedi Knight, and a General. All of this pales in comparison to being the man who trained Luke Skywalker. Here is a more detailed account of Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Background
Obi-Wan began his journey to Jedi Knighthood by being an apprentice under Qui-Gon Jinn. On assignment to negotiate a truce between the trade federation and the planet of Naboo, Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon were targeted. They were set up to be killed by Darth Sidious, by way of his assassin Darth Maul. They made their way to the capital of Naboo and managed to escape with the Queen Amidala. They had to stop at the planet of Tatooine to make ship repairs, where they met Anakin Skywalker, a slave. Finding their way off the planet with repairs and Anakin, they reached Coruscant, only for Queen Amidala to return home. Waiting for their return was Darth Maul, who fought a long duel with Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon. Ending when Obi-Wan cut Darth Maul in half, the damage had already been done, Qui-Gon died.
Qui-Gon asked Obi-Wan to promise him to teach Qui-Gon the Jedi Ways. So he did, he raised Anakin as a brother and taught him. After an assassination attempt on now Senator Amidala, Anakin and Obi-Wan were to be her protectors. While protecting her, there was another assassination attempt, which they stopped and then pursued her attacker. It ended with a dead assassin, but not by a Jedi’s hands, a poison dart killed them. That led to Obi-Wan heading to the planet Kamino. There he found a clone army being raised and a bounty hunter named Jango Fett. Jango Fett and Obi-Wan battled, and Obi-Wan tracked him to Geonosis. There he found a separatist army and former Jedi Count Dooku, then he was ambushed, captured, and sentenced to die. That’s when the Clone Wars would begin and Obi-Wan would become a general.
During the Clone Wars, Obi-Wan fought General Grievous and killed him. After this, he was targeted by his own clone troopers and barely escaped. He met up with Yoda to discuss what to do, but they were the only two Jedi to escape. Shortly after this, Obi-Wan found out about Anakin and the Younglings. Then Yoda ordered Obi-Wan to stop Anakin, where they famously fought on the lava planet which led to Anakin’s defeat. Obi-Wan escaped with Padme Amidala and they planned to hide Padme and Anakin’s children. Obi-Wan was to take Anakin’s son, Luke Skywalker, and escape to the planet of Tatooine. There Obi-Wan would watch over Luke and protect him until the time came to teach him the Jedi ways.

Being a Jedi Knight, Obi-Wan Kenobi is capable of using the force. The force is a Jedi’s main weapon, as they can use it to move objects, tell if someone is lying, and even change someone’s thoughts. Alongside this, Obi-Wan has a lightsaber, capable of cutting through nearly anything.

Qui-Gon Jinn
Qui-Gon was Obi-Wan’s master and teacher. Qui-Gon was a powerful Jedi capable of hearing the will of the force. He was also the one who would free Anakin from slavery, and insist his training in the Jedi ways. He believed Anakin was the chosen one, who would bring balance to the force. His death was a definite tragedy that would surprise all, only to leave his will of Anakin being trained to Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Anakin Skywalker
Anakin was treated as a brother of Obi-Wan’s, even though Obi-Wan was teaching Anakin the Jedi Ways. Anakin was a protector for Senator Amidala, who he has been in love with since their first meeting. Anakin was usually plagued by very strong emotions, sensing his mother was in danger, he strayed from his mission. He left Senator Amidala on her own and went to Tatooine. When Anakin was saved by Qui-Gon, Anakin’s mother couldn’t be saved from slavery, so she remained there. Anakin eventually found her, after she was captured by Tusken Raiders, in their camp, where she died in his arms. Making Anakin go berserk and kill everything in the camp, turning Anakin over to the dark side of the force. From there, his path would go darker until Anakin is lost, and Darth Vader is found.
Luke Skywalker
The hidden son of Anakin Skywalker, growing up on Tatooine he had only heard rumors of an Old Ben Kenobi. Well when one of the droids wandered off, Luke went hunting for it. He was jumped by sand people and was saved by Obi-Wan Kenobi. With this, Obi-Wan told him he knew his father and told him his role in the universe as a Jedi master. Finding the death of his aunt and uncle, Luke went with Obi-Wan and fled the planet on the Millenium Falcon. There he began learning the ways of the force until Obi-Wan was killed by Darth Vader. Then he ventured to the planet Dagobah and learned from Yoda himself. Then he became a commander in the resistance and eventually faced off with Darth Vader in front of Darth Sidious. Turning Darth Vader back into Anakin Skywalker, his father killed Darth Sidious and died.
