Nendoroid Overwatch Reaper: Classic Skin Edition Figure

About Reaper

Reaper is a hero-turned-villain of the Overwatch multiplayer game. He originally was a founding member of Blackwatch, a subunit of Overwatch. Here is a brief overview of the character.

Background

Reaper, originally Gabriel Reyes when in human form, is a vicious villain who works for a terrorist organization, Talon, in the game Overwatch. He originally was a part of the Soldier Enhancement Program, a special task force created by the US military, before becoming head of Overwatch’s special unit Blackwatch. As one of the main leaders of the organization, he recruited geneticist Moira O’Deorain who genetically altered his physiology. Reyes, now altered, possesses unique characteristics that cause his body to disintegrate into a black ghostly dust. Eventually, Reyes, now Reaper wreaked havoc upon now-defunct Overwatch and set out to murder all of the remaining ex-Overwatch members. Now a hero-turned-villain, Reaper goes on a series of attacks as an operative for Talon. He uses his altered physiology to attack his former team members, usually disappearing into thin air with his ghost-like abilities.

Special Abilities

Reaper has a long list of vicious abilities and weapons that he uses to haunt and attack his targets. The name of his signature weapon, the Hellfire Shotguns, fits his personality as the twin shotguns fire off at his targets. He is capable of Wraith Form, which is his move where he becomes a shadow during battles, taking no damage. He also is capable of vanishing before reappearing at another location and can use his weapons and moves with great speed.

McCree

McCree, also known as Jesse McCree is a former gang member and one of the main protagonists in the Overwatch series. He is a damage hero on the Overwatch team. McCree started with Overwatch by being recruited by Gabrial Reyes when Reyes was one of the heads of Blackwatch. He wields a signature weapon that he calls the PeaceKeeper.

Pharah

Pharah, also known as Fareeha Amari, is the daughter of overwatch co-founder Ana Amari. She is a courageous fighter who quickly rose up the ranks of the Egyptian military before becoming security chief of Helix Security International, a company that guards an AI research facility. Although Pharaoh never really joins the Overwatch team, she fights alongside them as a damage hero.
