Emilia Re: Zero - Figures
Emilia is a character in Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World. It was originally a Japanese light novel series that was written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichiro Otsuka. Also, originally published in 2012 on a website called Shousetsuka ni Narou, a website dedicated to independent novel publishing. Since that first publication, there have been six volumes and two side stories released. Emilia is the main heroine of the series. She is a beautiful half-elf that is a candidate to become the 42nd king of Lugnica. During the story, the main protagonist, Subaru, becomes her knight. Emilia is good-natured, doing her best to take care of others. She views this as her own selfishness though and avoids opening up to others. About Emilia
Emilia is the main heroine within Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World. She is a very strikingly beautiful half-elf girl who can use magic as well as the Spirit Arts. Through all of her merits and determination, she became one of the candidates to become the 42nd King of Lugnacia. Her personality is somewhat closed off, using a lot of antiquated words and often sounding like an old person. She is quite stubborn and avoids sharing her burdens on others. Despite that, she is always ready to help others that are in need. She views this negatively, though, as if she were only doing it for herself.
Other Important Re:Zero Characters
Natsuki Subaru is the main focus of the Re:Zero story. He used to be a complete shut-in but that all changed when he entered Emilia’s world. He can sometimes make some irrational decisions without thinking, but he is a loyal and kind person. He is dedicated to helping the people that he cares about, so much so that he’ll put himself at risk. After a situation occurring in the fourth arc of the story, Subaru officially becomes Emilia’s knight.
Puck is Emilia’s familiar in Re:Zero. He is also a spirit that takes the form of a cat, but he has some human traits. For example, he works a schedule similar to a salaryman, going from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. He has the ability to read minds in order to see through their emotions and their intent. He is extremely attached to Emilia. So much so that if Emilia should ever die, he would turn into a giant beast and destroy the world.
