Captain America: Avengers Endgame DX Ver. Nendoroid Figure

This Nendoroid figure of Captain America features his appearance in the Avengers: Endgame film. Despite his small size at approximately 3.9” tall, there is a ton of detail in this figure. Captain America Series Story

The story of Captain America begins with Steve Rodgers, a small and frail young man that wants to fight for the United States in World War II. In order to become more of an asset to his country, Rodgers consents to being physically enhanced by the United States government. He is enhanced to the peak of human perfection, gaining abilities that would have otherwise been impossible. He continues to fight for the United States but towards the end of the war, he becomes trapped in ice. He survived in suspended animation for more than 70 years until his revival in the modern era. He eventually becomes a founder and leader of the Avengers.

Captain America Series Development

Captain America made his first appearance in the Captain America Comics #1 back in 1941. He was created by Timely Comics, which was a predecessor to what eventually would become Marvel Comics. Captain America was the first of all of the Marvel characters to appear in media outside of comic books. This initial appearance happened in 1944 when the movie serial Captain America was released. The character has since been featured in countless other forms of media from movies, video games, television series, and more. Captain America’s reception has been very positive throughout history. He has ranked high in several lists including placing 2nd in IGN’s “The Top 50 Avengers” in 2012.
