Brook One Piece - Figures
One Piece is a manga series created by Eiichiro Oda and is about the journey to become the King of the Pirates. We follow our main hero, Monkey D. Luffy as he travels to underwater lands and even farther seas. The One Piece series was first published in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump series in 1997. By 1999 Toei Animations created an anime version because of its popularity. Eiichiro Oda even broke the Guinness World Record for selling the most copies. This means exciting expansions to the series in the form of anime and video games!
Brook is a member of the Straw Hat Pirates. His skeleton physique comes from the Yomi Yomi no Mi. Which is the devil fruit that allows for one resurrection after death. Before meeting Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates, Brook found himself and his ship in a dense fog that left him as a skeleton with a soul. He drifted alone for 50 years until he encountered the Straw Hat Pirates. It took Luffy all of two seconds to ask Brook to join the crew. Here is a brief overview of some Brook figures available for fans which include the “Brook (Honekichi) Figure” and the “Wano Country -The Grandline Men- Vol. 7 Brook Figure”.
Brook (Honekichi) Figure
The Brook (Honekichi) figure is a Bandai scaled piece featuring One Piece characters from the cover of Volume 91. This 9.1” scaled figure breathes those illustrations to life with the torn white kimono giving a fresh out of danger look. He was even struck by three arrows, showing us just how strong (or unattentive) Brook is! His face is set in a screaming look which means Brook probably hasn’t realized that he’s out of danger. This figure also comes with changeable faces for Brook, which means you can customize Brook to your desire!

About Brook
Brook is the musician of the Straw Hat Pirates. Also called the “Soul King” Brook’s power lies in his ability to control the “souls” of others through music. He embarks on a journey to sail the oceans with the Straw Hat Pirates in order to reunite with his old crewmate, Laboon. He is also a hilarious addition to the Straw Hat crew because he has no manners whatsoever. He burps and farts in front of others without a second thought – which Luffy finds hilarious. Not to mention that he is an incredible swordsman to boot!
Other Important One Piece Characters
Monkey D. Luffy is the protagonist of the One Piece series. His role model, Shanks, saved him from a sea monster as a kid. Ever since he has set his mind on becoming the king of pirates. His dream is to find the sacred treasure – the One Piece. Along the way, he finds Brook hauntingly alone on a deserted ship. Luffy quickly forms a friendship with Brook so he quickly invites him to join the Straw Hat Pirates.
Tony Tony Chopper is the Straw Hat Pirates ship doctor. His dream is to become a doctor who is able to cure any disease becoming like his father. As a reindeer, he ate the Hito Hito no Mi to gain a human-like form and shape-shifting powers. Chopper is an adorable character, as he is small and loves cotton candy. However, being small he is often found hiding from danger along with Nami and Usopp. Brook after joining the crew joins them in hiding, even though Brook is usually scarier than anything they come across.
Nami is the ship navigator. Using her instincts, she navigates dangerous seas. She also uses the weather as a weapon. Regardless of her strength, she always hides with Usopp, Chopper, and Brook. They hate the fact that Luffy always chooses the most dangerous path to take. Nami is known for her beauty with men falling head over heels over her, including the Straw Hat’s chef, Sanji.
Usopp is the sniper of the Straw Hat Pirates. His talent lies in his ability to pinpoint targets from distance. He is known for lying and tricking people for fun. Similar to Pinocchio, Usopp’s long nose is often his identifying feature. He constantly makes the crew laugh. It’s common for Usopp to talk a big game but then is the fastest running away. This sets him up for many adventures with the rest of the crew.
