Wargreymon Digimon - Figures

For Digimon fans, no single Digimon captures the original spirit of the anime as much as WarGreymon. Agumon is the original protagonist's partner, and his Mega Form debuted as the first powerhouse of the series. WarGreymon's initial warp digivolution was a first for the series, opening up the possibilities for later digivolution developments. He is the first knightly Digimon fans bonded with and as a result remains one of the representative Digimon for the series. His cool, powerful design makes impressive, detailed figures. Ichibansho Figure Digimon Adventure WarGreymon

WarGreymon poses ready for a fierce battle in this Ichibansho figure from Bandai. WarGreymon stands with his arms wide, his left arm raising his Dramon Killer gauntlets to the sky. He slightly lowers his head and leans forward, ready to charge his opponent. The detailed paintwork captures WarGreymon's vivid color scheme. Digivolving Spirits Digimon Adventure 01: WarGreymon Agumon Figure

Agumon can warp digivolve into WarGreymon in this articulated action figure from Bandai. The figure arrives in his cute, rookie form, Agumon. By lifting and rearranging indicated body parts, fans can access hidden structural pieces inside Agumon's body. In the end, Agumon fully transforms into WarGreymon, physically embodying the digivolution process. As WarGreymon, the figure wears the full suit of iconic armor, including the Dramon Killer gauntlet. The blades of the gauntlet feature metal plating to add an element of realism to the figure. Once transformed, WarGreymon retains his articulation so fans can pose him in various battle scenes.

About WarGreymon

WarGreymon is a large, armor-clad dragon Digimon and the Mega Form of the Greymon species. In the Digimon Adventure anime, WarGreymon's first and most common appearance is Agumon, the digidestined partner of Taichi Yagami. WarGreymon appears in part of a prophecy leading to VenomMyotismon's defeat. When Taichi is pierced by the Arrow of Light, Agumon digivolves into his Mega form. Alongside MetalGarurumon, WarGreymon overpowers and defeats the mindlessly powerful VenomMyotismon. Over the anime, WarGreymon appears as a heavy-hitting fighter against difficult foes, usually teaming up with MetalGarurumon. WarGreymon embodies the traits associated with the Crest of Courage, taking inspiration from a knight. The Greymon species can digivolve into different WarGreymon forms, including the virus species BlackWarGreymon.

Other Important Digimon Characters

Taichi Yagami, or Tai Kamiya in the English dub, is the primary protagonist of Digimon Adventure. He's Agumon's DigiDestined partner and through the Arrow of Light unlocks Agumon's ability to digivolve into WarGreymon. Taichi is proactive and brave, yet sometimes brash and foolish. He carries the Crest of Courage required to mega digivolve Agumon and it first responds to his selfless nature to protect his friends. He often clashes with Yamato Ishida due to their opposite personalities and their rivalry extends to their Digimon partners.

MetalGarurumon is the Mega Form of Gabumon and takes the form of a metallic, steely periwinkle striped wolf. MetalGarurumon's attacks derive from both his more animalistic form and technological advances when compared to WarGreymon. He and WarGreymon frequently fight as a team, however, the two of them tend to argue when Taichi and Yamato fight as a result of their extreme loyalty. MetalGarurumon forms with the power of the Crest of Friendship and displays traits of loyalty, sincerity, and protectiveness. By fusing with WarGreymon, MetalGarurumon can form Omnimon.
