Kingdom Hearts Nendoroid - Figures
Kingdom Hearts is a video game series that was originally produced as a collaboration between Disney and Square Enix. As such, many different characters from intellectual properties from both companies (like Mickey Mouse and Cloud Strife) appear throughout the series. Of course, a number of original characters like Sora, Riku, and Kairi also have several appearances as well. In addition to scale figures, many different Nendoroids are made for various characters in the series, as fans love the adorable, yet accurate representations that the chibi figures provide. Three of the most popular Nendoroid figures are the Nendoroid Kingdom Hearts Riku (Re-run), the Nendoroid Kingdom Hearts II King Mickey, and the Nendoroid Kingdom Hearts Sora.
Nendoroid Kingdom Hearts Riku (Re-run)
The Nendoroid Kingdom Hearts Riku (Re-run) figure is based on the character Riku from Kingdom Hearts. The figure comes with two face plates, one smiling and the other composed. The “Soul Eater” and “Oblivion” Keyblades, which are both closely associated with the character, are also included with the figure, along with a stand. A pair of wooden swords also allows users to have Riku spar with Sora or any other Kingdom Hearts character in their collection. The Nendoroid figure is also articulated, meaning that its user can change positions to recreate their favorite poses. The figure has the cloudy, grey colored hair of Riku and has detailed blue and white boots and pants. The t-shirt vest of the figure is yellow and black with black straps along the chest. His hands are also covered with black gloves. This current re-release is expected to happen in July 2020.

Nendoroid Kingdom Hearts II King Mickey
The Nendoroid Kingdom Hearts II King Mickey figure features King Mickey as he appears in Kingdom Hearts II. The figure itself comes with two face plates as well as four pairs of interchangeable eye parts, allowing for a number of different possible expressions. Because the figure is articulated, many different poses and positions can be created. The Mickey figure has yellow boots with black stripes over them and red shorts with yellow decorations. The figure’s shirt is red and white in color and is open instead of being entirely zipped up. A number of belts and stripes also detail the shirt. The classic features of King Mickey are also preserved, including his big ears, big eyes, and tail.

Nendoroid Kingdom Hearts Sora
The Nendoroid Kingdom Hearts Sora figure is based on the main protagonist of Kingdom Hearts, Sora. The figure comes with three face plates, one confident, the other smiling, and the last one sleepy. A Paopu Fruit is also included, as are effect parts to allow the figure to be displayed airborne. Two different Keyblades and a stand also come with the figure. The Nendoroid figure is also articulated, meaning that it can be changed into various positions. This makes it simple to recreate classic poses from the original game. The figure replicates the classic appearance of Sora with fine detail and precise painting and comes with big yellow boots, red balloon-like shorts, white fingerless gloves, and a white and black hooded shirt.

About The Characters
Sora is a character from the original Kingdom Hearts game and the game series’ main protagonist. He is a Keyblade wielder from Destiny Islands that dreamed of venturing away from the islands with his friends Riku and Kairi to see what lies beyond their home in the world beyond. In a series of unfortunate events, however, darkness begins to consume the islands and Sora, Riku, and Kairi are separated from each other. Eventually, he takes on the evil forces plaguing the universe with the help of many others during his quest. Riku is a childhood friend of Sora that also grew up on Destiny Island. He is manipulated into being evil by many characters and is ultimately overcome by darkness, eventually acting as the main antagonist of the first Kingdom Hearts game. King Mickey is the king of Disney Castle and the husband of Queen Minnie. He is also a Keyblade master and he works with other characters in the hopes of defeating the forces of evil.
