My Hero Academia Nendoroid - Figures

My Hero Academia is an extremely popular anime series that began airing in June 2016 and is currently still ongoing. Since its airing, many popular figures of the series’ characters have been released. Some of these include the characters Izuku Midoriya, Ochaco Uraraka, Shoto Todoroki, Tsuyu Asui and All Might. Nendoroid My Hero Academia All Might

All Might is the top hero of the anime series. The colors of his hero costume are red, white, blue, and yellow. All Might is highly inspired by the United States, hence his rather patriotic costume. In his hero form, All Might’s blond hair is mostly slicked back and goes just past his shoulders. Two long strands at the front of his face stick almost straight up. All Might is always seen with a smile in his hero form, which he uses to comfort those he is saving. The body of his costume has a red, white and blue pattern, while his gauntlets and boots are yellow (with blue and red detailing respectively). He also wears a yellow belt with a silver and yellow buckle.

This figure is especially popular, as it comes with two face plates. One is of the smiling face with the detailed eyebrows he is known for. The second is a more serious expression, which All Might saves for his toughest battles. This Nendoroid figure also has effect parts, so that All Might can be posed in any way you’d like. This way, All Might’s fighting poses can be recreated. The figure also comes with a sparkly sticker and a ‘SMAASH’ plate, a characteristic phrase he uses when attacking.

Nendoroid My Hero Academia Ochaco Uraraka: Hero’s Edition

Ochaco Uraraka also goes by her hero name, Uravity. Her quirk is zero gravity, meaning she is able to make herself and anything she touches become unaffected by gravity for a short amount of time. In this figure, she wears her cute hero costume, a pastel pink and black latex suit. Around her neck and forearms are darker pink straps. She wears bulky rounded wrist, belt, and boot gear, which help her balance when she is using her quirk. She also uses a pink shaded visor occasionally, which is included with the figure. Uraraka is a good-natured and sweet girl, whose personality is hard not to like. She has big round brown eyes and similarly brown hair that is cut into a bob. There are also two longer strands of her that hang down around her face. This figure’s parts can also be moved to replicate action poses, while three face plates are included to give the figure a variety of expressions. The first is of her standard happy expression, while the second has a wide smile and energetic expression. The last face plate shows off a blushing, shy expression, which we only see when she is trying to hide her true emotions. A ‘Float!’ sticker is also included.

My Hero Academia Tomura Shigaraki: Villain’s Edition

Tomura Shigaraki is one of the main villains of the anime series. He is the leader of the League of Villains, despite being quite young. His quirk, decay, allows him to quickly rot anything he touches. Most likely due to his quirk, Shigaraki is a pallid grayish yellow color. His face and lips also look to be very dry and wrinkled. He has short light blue hair, which he leaves down.
Shigaraki has bloodshot, red eyes and a facial scar that runs down horizontally across his lips. He also has a small birthmark on his chin. Shigaraki is usually seen in his villain costume, which is made up of matching black long-sleeved shirt, pants, and red sneakers. He also wears several disembodied hands that are clasped around his arms, torso, and directly on his face. The fingers of this largest hand are spread so that Shigaraki can still see comfortably. The hands are a grayish blue hue, while the wrists end with golden plugs. Red wiring connects some of the hands together.

This nendoroid figure allows for the hands of Shigaraki’s villain outfit to be taken off and put on. It also comes with two face plates, one of a crazed and piercing gaze with a wide smile. The other is of his calmer, quietly angered expression. His hair can also be changed to fit the large hand on his face.

About the Characters

Ochaco Uraraka is a student of U.A. high school, and is in training to become a hero. She wants to become a hero both because of her desire to help people, and to ease her family’s financial issues. All Might is one of her teachers at school, and has been a hero for years. He has chosen Izuku Midoriya, a classmate of Ochaco’s, to become the successor of his powerful quirk, One for All. Shigaraki is the successor of All Might’s most feared enemy, the man who possesses the All for One quirk. He is hellbent on killing All Might and Izuku Midoriya, and overthrowing the hero system.
