About Yuri!!! on Ice

Yuri!!! on Ice is a Japanese anime series produced by MAPPA, directed by Sayo Yamamoto and broadcasted on TV Asahi, BS Asahi, STS, NCC, Sun TV and AT-X from October to December 2016. The story focuses on Yuri Katsuki who carries all the pressure on his shoulders for taking the prize in the Grand Prix Ice Skating Final. However, he was beaten in a shameful defeat. Upon returning to his hometown, he decides to seclude himself in the family nest. Due to various circumstances, the five-time skating world winner, Victor Nikiforov, appears before him. Both decide to embark on a challenge and participate in an unprecedented Grand Prix.
