About Himiko Toga: Background

Himiko is very cheerful and charismatic yet also psychotic. She has a very twisted perception of the world due to her upbringing. From a young age, she showed chaotic behavior and would constantly drink animal and human blood. She offers a deep-rooted hatred towards the current society. This is due to Himiko having to hide her true nature during middle school, which caused her to break. Her parents forced her to act in a persona where she was cheerful and well-mannered. She resented her parents for it, ran away, and wished to create a society where she could be herself. This is also why she joins the League of Villains, so she can pursue what she wants to do without restraints.

Himiko has a skewed perception of love and is unafraid to call those she fights her friends, and despite calling people her friends, she will not hesitate to take their blood. She is also attracted to injured men and finds satisfaction in inflicting further pain. So while she does show the capability to love, many of those she calls her friends are more similar to obsessions than true love. However, she was heavily impacted by Magne’s death and held a strong need to avenge her death.

About Himiko Toga: Abilities

Himiko's Quirk is Transform, and it allows her to transform into another person and imitate their voice. First, however, she must stab and consume the person's blood. If she has consumed multiple people's blood, she can also switch between the different people. By consuming their blood, she can also copy their Quirk, so long as she has enough emotional drive to become like other people.

Her Quirk allows her to infiltrate almost any place. Overall, she is very good at manipulating others and combined with her Quirk, she can deceive even the best of people. In the past, she has successfully transformed into Camie and fooled her classmates for three days.

Himiko is a part of the League of Villains, and while she may be a villain, she does have some close friends. Notably, she is quite close with Dabi and Twice.

Dabi (Toya Todoroki)

Dabi (Toya Todoroki) and Himiko are connected through the League of Villains and are heavily influenced by Stain's ideology and get along quite well because of this. There are many scenes where the two of them would joke around. However, while they both respect Stain's ideology, they do so for differing reasons. Himiko wants to create a free society where she does not need to hide who she is, while Dabi intends to expose the faults of the hero society. Himiko also tends to make fun of Dabi if his plans go awry.

Twice

Twice and Himiko gets along very well with each other. When the two had an internship with the yakuza, Himiko showed compassion towards Twice's feelings working with the yakuza. Twice, in particular, starts developing feelings for Himiko as she shows compassion to him. He calls her his soulmate and goes to great lengths to protect Himiko. When her life is threatened, he actively takes her out of harm's way. Himiko also shows care for Twice, and when she learns of his death, she goes on a rampage to avenge his death without caring for her safety.

Deku (Izuku Midoriya)

Himiko developed feelings for Deku (Izuku Midoriya) when she saw him injured after an attack by the Vanguard Action Squad. When Izuku saves her and remembers her, Himiko is delighted and confesses that she wants to see more of Izuku. She also encounters Izuku by disguising herself as people close to him. She impersonates Camie during the Provisional Hero License Exam and impersonates Ochaco Uraraka.
