Noriaki Kakyoin JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Nendoroid

The anime for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure was first released on the 6th of October 2012. It was originally a manga that was written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. Thanks to the unique art style and color scheme it gained attention and popularity. One of the most well-known seasons would be Part 3, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. A popular character from that season is Noriaki Kakyoin , a high school student. He is a polite and courteous character gaining the attention of many fans. Enjoy the cool Noriaki in a small and cute Nendoroid form. He wears his uniform which is a green gakuran that has been buttoned to the top. His green uniform has gold details and the tailcoat part of his gakuran has been sculpted to seem as though it is blowing in the wind. His unique hairstyle has been crafted beautifully with one part of his fringe being longer than the other.

The Noriaki Nendoroid comes with three different faceplates. The first faceplate shows his standard expression where he is staring straight ahead with his mouth slightly frowning. The second face shows Noriaki smiling with his eyes scarred from his fight. The last expression shows Noriaki eating his favorite cherries as he sticks his tongue out and licks it. The Nendoroid also comes with various optional features. One of the parts is cherries that he can hold in his hand which can be paired with his eating face. He can also wear blacked-out sunglasses which he is seen wearing in the series. There is also a special effect based on his Stand's attack, Emerald Splash.

About Noriaki Kakyoin

Noriaki only appears in Part 3 and is a major supporting character. At first, he is introduced as an antagonist as he is being forced to obey Dio Brando’s orders. When he is released from Dio’s control he joins the protagonist, Jotaro Kujo, on his journey to defeat Dio.

About Noriaki Kakyoin: Background

When Noriaki first appears as a transfer student he seems to be gentle but hides something sinister behind his smile. He acts viciously and attacks civilians without a second thought. Due to the flesh bud implanted into his head, Noriaki is brainwashed and forced to obey Dio’s orders. If the flesh bud is not removed carefully there is a possibility that his brain can be damaged leading to his death. Thanks to the speed and accuracy of Jotaro’s Stand, Star Platinum, he removed the flesh bud and set Noriaki free. After Noriaki is freed from Dio’s control he reveals a polite and righteous personality.

Noriaki is a very loyal person and thanks to Jotaro saving his life he joins him on his journey to defeat Dio. As Noriaki is a natural-born Stand user as a child he felt distanced from his peers since he could see things others couldn’t. He joined the Joestar group as he felt like he finally found a place where he belonged.

Due to his polite and kind demeanor, Noriaki can appear to be an honor student. He wears his uniform buttoned to the top even when he is traveling and can be very prideful. He hates the fact that he was forced to be under Dio’s control. Part of the reason why he joined the Joestar group was that he wanted to redeem himself for being at the mercy of Dio.

About Noriaki Kakyoin: Abilities

Noriaki is a natural-born Stand user and is able to use his powers proficiently. His Stand is called Hierophant Green and it is a long-range humanoid. Hierophant Green's signature attack is Emerald Splash where he releases a barrage of projectiles that look like emeralds. His Stand's true form is a very long group of strings that he can unravel to release sneak attacks.

Noriaki can show a very haughty and taunting attitude towards his enemies and people he doesn’t respect. When he is with his friends/people he respects then he is fiercely loyal and will fight for them.

Jotaro Kujo

Jotaro Kujo is the protagonist of Part 3 and saves Noriaki’s life. As thanks, Noriaki joins his group as they prepare to leave for Egypt to defeat Dio. Jotaro and Noriaki are both high schoolers and become close throughout their journey. They both keep their cool and trust and depend on the other.

Dio Brando

Dio Brando is the main antagonist for Parts 1 and 3. He has the ability to plant flesh buds into people’s heads and force them into control. Noriaki was brainwashed by Dio and had a flesh bud implanted into his head. Being forced into submission made Noriaki hate Dio and he tries to take his revenge.
