JoJo's Bizarre Adventure first released its anime on the 6th of October 2012. It is a highly popular fantasy action series and was written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. The series is very long and each part tells a different story with the protagonists changing. One of the most popular adventures would be Part 5, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind. It tells the story of Giorno Giovanna, a young man who wishes to change the mafia from within by becoming a gangster himself. Within the large franchise of the series, many JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Nendoroids have been produced. Enjoy the cute figure of Giorno Giovanna in a small Nendoroid form. He wears his usual outfit as seen in the anime which consists of pink dress pants and a pink jacket. His jacket has a heart-shaped opening where the chest is and is lined with yellow and has ladybug brooches on it. His hair has been beautifully sculpted to recreate his unique hairstyle.

This Nendoroid comes with three different faceplates to enjoy. The first one is a serious-looking face and the second face shows a confident smile. The last expression shows Giorno with his eyebrows heavily furrowed and his mouth wide open as though he was shouting. The Giorno Nendoroid also comes with various optional features. The features included are Polpo's lighter with the flame still lit, a teacup and saucer from Leone Abbacchio, and a special effect feature that looks like flowers floating around as an ability of his Stand.

About Giorno Giovanna

Giorno is the protagonist of Part 5, Golden Wind (Vento Aureo). His real name is Haruno Shiobana and he is half Japanese and half British.

About Giorno Giovanna: Background

Giorno’s father is Dio Brando who took over Jonathan Joestar’s body and his mother is a Japanese woman who moved to Italy with Giorno. As a young child, he grew up with a mother who didn’t care about him and an abusive stepfather. He was bullied by other children and he had a sad and miserable young childhood. Due to the bullying and abuse, he experienced that Giorno had a cold personality and didn’t care for the others as no one cared for him as well.

One day Giorno saw an injured gangster who was being chased by other members of the mob. He pointed them in the wrong direction and saved the injured man. The mysterious man was a powerful gangster and as thanks protected Giorno from the shadow. He made those who treated him badly stop and instead treat him kindly. As a young child, he learned how to trust others from the mysterious gangster and became less indifferent.

When Giorno grew up he grew confident in himself and became more open to others. He abandoned his original name, Haruno Shiobana, and called himself Giorno Giovanna. As a child, he originally had dark-colored hair but after the death of his father Dio Brando, his hair turned blonde making any features of his Asian heritage disappear.

About Giorno Giovanna: Abilities

Giorno is a natural-born Stand user due to the Joestar bloodline. His Stand is called Golden Experience and it has the power to give life. This ability allows him to give life to inanimate objects and create plants and animals. Golden Experience is a very versatile and useful Stand. When he and his allies are injured he can give life to objects such as rocks as a replacement and heal life-threatening wounds.

Gold Experience takes on the appearance of a gold humanoid shape. It is a short-ranged and powerful type of Stand. This Stand can unleash a powerful barrage of punches that can knock out his opponents. If he uses his ability on humans their minds experience rapid thought processes, however, their body is not able to keep up. Instead, it appears as though the enemy has greatly slowed down and cannot move properly.

Giorno is the protagonist and the story revolves around him. He cares for the innocent civilians in the town that he lives in which is why he trusts Bruno Bucciarati and stops fighting him.

Bruno Bucciarati

Bruno Bucciarati and Giorno work together in order to realize their dreams. The drug trade caused the death of Bruno’s father making him greatly hate drugs. Bruno has already joined the powerful mafia group Passione and helps Giorno join and adds him to his team.

Dio Brando

Dio Brando is an antagonist and first appears in Part 1. He only thought of women as food and on a whim, he impregnated a woman who then gave birth to Giorno. Due to the various actions that Dio takes, he influences many other characters which then allows the series to continue.
