Nendoroid Naruto Shippuden Itachi Uchiha: Anbu Black Ops Ver.

Enjoy the special version of Itachi in his anbu outfit. He wears his Konoha forehead protector without the slash in the middle showing he hasn't defected yet. Itachi comes with two different faceplates: one standard expression with his eyes dark black, and a serious face where his eyes are glowing red from his sharingan. About Itachi Uchiha

Itachi is a loyal shinobi of Konohagakure but poses as a missing-nin due to the fact he massacred his entire clan. He joins the criminal organization Akatsuki and is partnered with Kisame Hoshigaki.

About Itachi Uchiha: Background

Itachi was born during the time the Third Shinobi World War was occurring. When he witnessed the destruction and death the war caused, Itachi became very traumatized which led him to be a pacifist. He trained hard to protect his loved ones and stop any sort of war from occurring. Due to his skills, Itachi became known as a genius with great talent. He graduated early from the academy and continued to grow his skills.

Due to his accomplishments, his father was proud and thought of him as the future of the Uchiha clan. Sasuke, his younger brother, looked up to him greatly and thought of him as a role model. Since Sasuke wasn’t as talented as his older brother, his father didn’t pay him much attention. To fill in the role of caregiver, Itachi would often spend time with Sasuke.

After the nine-tailed beast attacked Konoha, many of the citizens harbored ill-will towards the Uchiha as they believed they were somehow behind the attack. The Uchiha were very displeased with the treatment and started to plan a coup. Itachi didn’t wish for any more bloodshed and the possibility of another war breaking out. Instead, he decided to massacre his own family under the orders of Danzo. Racked by guilt, he makes his younger brother into an avenger who will kill him and punish him for his crimes.

After defecting from his village, Itachi joins the criminal organization Akatsuki. It is a very powerful group and he infiltrates it to make sure his village is kept safe. During his years as a missing-nin Itachi contracts an incurable illness. Despite the toll it takes on his body, Itachi lives with medicine and willpower so he can finish his goal of being killed by Sasuke.

About Itachi Uchiha: Abilities

Itachi is a very powerful shinobi and as the heir of the Uchiha clan, he had many expectations. He was hailed as a genius and after becoming a missing-nin he is able to defeat Orochimaru, one of the Legendary Sannin who was also called a genius. Itachi is shown to be a proficient ninja and able to use a wide range of skills. While he possesses the sharingan and the mangekyo which is the evolved version, he is able to use genjutsu perfectly without the aid of his dojutsu.

Sasuke Uchiha

Sasuke Uchiha is the younger brother of Itachi and believes his older brother massacred his entire clan. Fueled by revenge, he trains hard to surpass his brother and kill him. He doesn’t care about the good or the bad as long as he can accomplish his goal.

Naruto Uzumaki

Naruto Uzumaki is the holder of the nine-tailed beast and the Akatsuki need the powers of the tailed-beasts to complete their goals. As the protagonist, Naruto realizes the plans of the criminal organization and becomes stronger to protect his friends and the world.
