Shoto Todoroki Plushies My Hero Academia - Merchandise

The incredibly popular manga and anime series My Hero Academia began as a manga series that was originally written and illustrated by Kohei Horikoshi and published in Weekly Shonen Jump. After the manga gained a significant amount of popularity, an anime adaptation led by studio Bones was created and began airing in 2016. The anime adaptation brought the series even more popularity. To date, four seasons of the television anime series have been produced, two original films were released theatrically in several countries around the world, and several special episodes called OVAs (original video animations) were made. Like with many popular series, a wide range of merchandise based on My Hero Academia has been produced. Although the large cast of characters in My Hero Academia lends itself very well to character-based merchandise like figures, plushies are another type of item that also performs fairly well. Although Deku has touched the hearts of many fans with his endearing personality and determination to become the number 1 hero, other characters like Shoto Todoroki have caught the attention of many fans as well. As such, Todoroki has a rather impressive variety of merchandise based on his character alone. Mochibi My Hero Academia Shoto Todoroki Hero Costume Plush

This adorable round plushie has Todoroki in his hero costume, which consists of a blue combat suit with a metal plate on the back for added defense. The plate is colored white and red and is secured via straps around the shoulders. A yellow utility belt is also wrapped around the waist of this plushie. The vials that hang below the belt are represented as well. This specific plushie is quite round and has Todoroki’s face taking up its entire front side. Many features of his design are represented as well, like his unique red and white hair, his heterochromatic gray and blue eyes, and his stern, yet calm expression. This plushie also has little hands and feet on its bottom that help keep it from rolling around. Furthermore, the round shape of this plushie makes it a great decoration that can be added to one’s collection to create an adorable pyramid of My Hero Academia characters from the same line.

My Hero Academia Todoroki Uniform Plush

Unlike the previous plushie, this item from Great Eastern Entertainment features Todoroki in his UA school uniform. The uniform for UA High School consists of a light gray jacket with various dark green accents around the cuffs, shoulders, and collar. The pants (or skirt for the girls’ uniform) are a dark shade of green. The uniform also comes with a red tie that comes in two different styles. Though it is difficult to see in this plushie, Todoroki wears the longer version of the tie. Aside from the uniform, Todoroki wears a pair of white and light blue shoes. The character’s half white and half red hair is also represented, as is his burn scar and his heterochromatic eyes. The doll-like shape of this plushie can make for a great decoration, though its soft, bendable arms and legs could make it a great toy as well.

Mochibi My Hero Academia Plush Series 1 Set

This set of plushies includes six different Mochibi plushies based on popular characters from the My Hero Academia series. These characters include All Might, Izuku Midoriya, Bakugo Katsuki, Ochaco Uraraka, Shoto Todoroki, and Tsuyu Asui. Each plushie is cylindrical in shape and allows for their owner to stack them on top of each other to create a tower of adorable characters from the series. Although the design of the Mochibi Todoroki plushie was already described earlier, each plushie in this set is almost double in size of the previous Todoroki plushie, making them even softer, squishier, and cuddlier.
