L Lawliet Death Note - Nendoroid

Death Note is a highly popular and long series. It has had many movies, anime, and live-action films/dramas released. There have been quite a few different versions of Death Note released but the manga was first released on the 1st of December, 2003, and the anime was released on the 3rd of October, 2006. This is a very popular detective psychological thriller series due to the fact that the fans already know who the suspect is from the start. Instead of the fans trying to figure out who the killer is they enjoy the intense game of cat and mouse between the good and bad sides. L Lawliet is the detective of the series and is very popular due to his high intelligence. He is known as the number one detective in the world and has solved many difficult cases with ease. The large franchise of Death Note has released many popular products such as “Nendoroid Death Note L 2.0”. The L Nendoroid shows the introverted detective in a small and cute form when he usually looks serious when he is trying to figure out clues and solve cases.

Nendoroid Death Note L 2.0

The L Nendoroid shows him with his black spikey hair, black eyes, and prominent bags under his eyes. He wears his usual outfit of a baggy white long sleeve shirt and blue jeans. The L Nendoroid is also barefoot to recreate him from the series as L usually never wears shoes or socks. L comes with three different expression plates. One is his usual face with his dark eyes staring forward and his mouth in neither a smile nor a frown. He also has a deep thinking face which shows L planning ideas on how to catch criminals. The last expression shows L with a happy smiling face like he is about to eat one of his favorite cakes. The L Nendoroid also comes with various optional parts. He comes with a white chair with red padding that he is able to squat on with his typical thinking pose. He also comes with a fork and a piece of cake which can be paired with his happy smiling face. L also comes with handcuffs with a long chain that can be paired with the Light Nendoroid to recreate the scenes from when the two are handcuffed together. The L Nendoroid has alternate leg parts to allow him to stand on the stand or to squat down to show his signature sitting pose.

About L Lawliet

L is a genius but because he is so intelligent it is also difficult for him to converse like a normal human being. He doesn’t care much about his own life and his daily routine is mostly handled by his caretaker Watari. He wears the same clothes every day, is only seen eating sweets and coffee, and he also barely sleeps. He decides to use the brainpower most people would spend thinking about their daily choices for solving cases. L is a very assertive character and is someone who believes the end justifies the means. Even if the actions he takes may invade privacy or be against the law as long as he can catch the suspect then they are actions he will not hesitate to take.

About L Lawliet: Background

Even when L was young he could read and understand stocks and the changes allowing him to gain a lot of profit. He also had a bit of a twisted sense of justice, the strong are the winners and so they are justice. L would always be able to solve his cases and beat his competitors meaning he was justice.

About L Lawliet: Abilities

L is known as the number one detective, the top in the world, and is often called to very difficult to solve cases. He is a genius and can easily solve riddles and he also scored full marks on the entrance exam test for the top university. L also has advanced hacking skills and is able to hack into the database of companies to gain information that he needs to solve cases. During one of the university scenes, he is also shown to have good skills with tennis and has an intense match with Light. He is also speculated to know capoeira, a unique fighting style that is shown in the fight he has with Light.

Other Important Death Note Characters

L mostly keeps to himself and tries to keep his identity a secret. However, since the Kira case is not like most cases he actively tries to interact with the Kira suspects which are Light Yagami and Misa Amane. On the surface, he acts friendly to both of them but he thinks of them as suspects and tries to trick them.

Light Yagami

L highly suspects Light Yagami as being Kira. Although he may approach Light in a friendly manner most of the questions he asks are soft interrogations to see if he will slip up and give any clues, however, Light is able to see through his questions and answer them perfectly.

Misa Amane

L approaches Misa Amane as though he is a fan and acts quite friendly and a bit flirty to make her loosen her guard however, L suspects Misa of being the second Kira. Even though he acts kind L doesn’t hesitate to take illegal and very questionable actions. He tries to be cordial but he doesn’t trust Misa at all which is why he keeps her under heavy surveillance.
