Mikoto Misaka A Certain Scientific Railgun - Nendoroid

Mikoto Misaka is from the popular series, A Certain Scientific Railgun Series, where she stars as the main character depicting the life of a powerful esper. Mikoto has a personality that is easy to like as she is energetic and tries her hardest to save her friends. She is not really honest with her feelings and due to her being strong she doesn’t want to rely on her friends much for help to keep them away from danger. Later on, in the series, she learns how to accept help and relies on and trusts her allies more. Nendoroid Mikoto Misaka | A Certain Scientific Railgun S

This Nendoroid shows Mikoto in her summer Tokiwadai uniform which is a white collared short-sleeved blouse underneath a tan-colored vest with the Tokiwadai logo on the left side. Underneath her short grey skirt is of course the shorts she always wears with her baggy socks and school shoes to complete her uniform. This figure includes a variety of expressions, one where she has her mouth open with her cheeks red making her look surprised and embarrassed. In another expression, she is also blushing but with her mouth shaped in an upside-down 'V' to make her seem pouty. The last expression shows her happily smiling with her mouth closed. This figure also comes with various accessories to help make her come to life. She can carry her school bag with her favorite Gekota strap attached to it or even her favorite Gekota cellphone. Mikoto is also able to pose with a lightning bolt coming out of her head to showcase her lightning ability, she also has a feature to allow you to display her signature railgun attack which shows her holding a coin in front of her with an electric effect twisting around her arm.

Nendoroid A Certain Scientific Railgun T Mikoto Misaka: Daihasei Festival Ver.

This version of Mikoto shows her during the Daihasei festival where she is wearing her Tokiwadai sports uniform. In her short brown hair instead of the usual grey, barret is a clip that has two small white flowers as a decoration. She wears a white tank top with red outlines showing the Tokiwadai logo on the left with matching colored shorts and shoes. This Nendoroid has many expressions you can choose from such as a simplified embarrassed face with her mouth wide open and her eyes sculpted into simplified circles. She can also have a serious face with her mouth shut and also a happy face with her mouth open and smiling. This figure also comes with Mikoto's favorite Gekota made into a mask for her to wear. Mikoto is also able to pose in a variety of ways to enjoy different scenes from the series. She is able to wave and be friendly and also look intimidating with her punching her palm. She also comes with an extra feature that shows off her signature attack of the railgun bursting from her hand with electricity coiling around her arm.

Nendoroid Misaka

This Nendoroid is one of the clones of Mikoto known collectively as the 'sisters'. She wears the Tokiwadai summer uniform which consists of a short-sleeved white blouse with a brown vest on top showing the Tokiwadai logo on the left. She has the same grey skirt but unlike the original Mikoto, she doesn't wear shorts underneath her skirt. To complete the uniform she has baggy white socks and brown school shoes. This Nendoroid contains extra features such as the googles all the sisters use which can be placed on her forehead or on her eyes as she uses it in real combat. She also comes with a black assault rifle able to be placed in her hands to pose as though she was attacking. There is also an electric effect which is coiled around her arm to show her electric attack as well as a black cat she found when she first appeared with the original Mikoto. This Nendoroid also comes with different facial features such as her usual expressionless face, an interested yet shy face, and also a cute chibi face that is confused yet happy as she received a Gekota badge from the original.

About Mikoto Misaka

Mikoto is a powerful esper and is enrolled in the prestigious Tokiwadai school in the academy city. Since she is very powerful many people want to try to use her or are her enemies leaving her with a small number of friends but she trusts them greatly.

About Mikoto Misaka: Background

Mikoto entered the academy city at a young age and started out as a weak level 1 with minimal powers. However, she strived hard and continued to grow her ability to reach a high standard of a level 5 being ranked the 3rd strongest in the academy city. As she is one of the strongest, she tries her hardest to help her friends in need and is often called for help when the academy city is in trouble.

About Mikoto Misaka: Abilities

Mikoto is known as an electro master and she is able to use electricity in many ways. She can shoot out electricity and shock people. Her signature attack is the railgun which is also used as a nickname for her. Her railgun is used by shooting off a coin which causes massive damage to the area she shoots at.

Other Important A Certain Scientific Railgun Characters

Another important character in the series is Kuroko Shirai, someone who attends the same school as Mikoto and is her best friend. She is always seen with Mikoto and helps her in various scenes of the series.

Kuroko Shirai

Although she is in a lower grade than Mikoto, she shares the same boarding room due to her persistence. Her reasoning was, Kuroko wanted to allow Mikoto to have someplace she wouldn’t have to be on guard due to her being a powerful esper with many people trying to use her. She is very assertive and is part of an organization called Judgement which helps to protect the citizens living in the academy city.
