About White Blood Cell: Background
As a neutrophil, White Blood Cell is in charge of patrolling the blood vessel and taking care of any foreign matter in the vessels. When he was younger, a myelocyte, he helped protect Red Blood Cell from a bacterium. He then worked hard to complete training and graduate, becoming a full-fledged neutrophil.
While at first, he seems very distant and cold, he is very kind and helps those in need. This is why he often lends a hand to Red Blood Cell. However, just like any other white blood cell, his personality drastically changes, and he becomes aggressive and violent when in combat. Nevertheless, his kind nature can be seen on multiple occasions. In particular, he maintains various friendships with the other cells, regardless of their type.
About White Blood Cell: Abilities
As he is a neutrophil and is able to get rid of any foreign matter very efficiently. His job is to get rid of any harmful matter, ranging from germs to cancer cells. White Blood Cell is rapid and robust and is able to slice the common bacterium in half with a single strike.
His abilities include eating any unknown foreign matters and cells and analyzing them to identify the species. He is also a proficient knife-fighter, and along with his agility, he can effectively combat intruders. He also has a receptor, essentially a radar that alerts them when there is an intruder. White Blood Cell also can adhere to certain surfaces and can move freely between tissues so he can reach the destination quicker.

Due to his kind personality, White Blood Cell has maintained many friendships. In particular, he is close to Red Blood Cell, but we also see him interact with Senior Red Blood Cell, Platelet, and Killer T Cell.
Red Blood Cell
White Blood Cell and Red Blood Cell have a charming friendship. The two meet when White Blood Cell saves Red Blood Cell from a bacterium. When younger, the two had previously met when he once again had saved her from a bacterium. Because Red Blood Cell is very clumsy and often gets lost, he is constantly there to help her when she is in trouble. His kind nature is also seen with her, as he sometimes gets so worried that he follows her to make sure she does not end up in trouble.
Senior Red Blood Cell
Senior Red Blood Cell (AA5100) is one of Red Blood Cell’s friends. Like White Blood Cell he often lends a helping hand to Red Blood Cell. She is very kind to her juniors and is always there to help if Red Blood Cell is confused or lost. Unfortunately, despite receiving help from Senior Red Blood Cell, Red Blood Cell does end up lost and occasionally has trouble performing her job.
Platelet
Platelet is a small cell and is the leader of the Platelet Division. She is responsible for repairing injuries and forming blood cuts in the body. She is a polite but adorable cell making her lovable by all the other cells. We, on occasion, see some cute interactions between the White Blood Cell and Platelet.
Killer T Cell
Killer T Cell is also a white blood cell (a Cytotoxic T Cell) and works under the Killer T Division. His job is to kill foreign matter and damaged or infected cells. He has a very aggressive personality and looks down on white blood cells forming relationships with non-white blood cells. He is the opposite of White Blood Cell, who is kind to everyone regardless of their rank and cell type. Killer T Cell, on multiple occasions, has made his disapproval of White Blood Cell and Red Blood Cell’s friendship known.
