About Spider-Man: Background
Spider-Man, real name Peter Parker, is the son of Richard and Mary Parker. After an unfortunate incident, his parents pass, and he is raised by his Aunt May. One day he is bitten by a spider, and after this bite, he starts to gain supernatural strength.
He realizes he has obtained the physiology of a spider. While his backstory varies throughout the different films and franchises, all versions of Spider-Man reach a point where they decide to use their powers for good and to help protect the citizens in his city. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he creates the Spider-Man costume to help conceal his identity. However, it only adds to the mystery and becomes an internet sensation.
About Spider-Man: Abilities
After being bitten by a genetically modified spider, Peter obtains a spider's physiology. As a result, he now possesses superhuman strength, speed, agility, and enhanced senses. He can also cling to surfaces and has a spider sense that alerts him of danger. Peter Parker's power is so mighty that he can battle the Avengers with ease on occasion.
Peter is also knowledgeable and a science enthusiast, which even Tony Stark praised. He is skilled in almost all scientific fields, particularly chemistry, physics, and engineering. Even in high school, he was considered one of the most intelligent people on his physics decathlon team. He is brilliant enough that he was able to develop a silk-like material using chemical compounds.

Iron Man
Iron Man/Tony Stark acts as a father figure to Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He recruits Spider-Man to help fight with the Avengers. Tony Stark sees enormous potential in Peter, both in his scientific intelligence and as a superhero, and mentors him and aids him.
Dr. Strange
While Dr. Strange seems harsh on Spider-Man, he treats him as an equal and shows respect to him to a certain extent. They are good friends and have worked and helped each other when needed.
