Shiro is a very popular character from the series No Game No Life. She is a genius who can beat any level of AI in chess and can also predict the moves a computer can make. No Game No Life is a very popular light novel written by Yuu Kamiya and it even gained an anime adaption. The series is about two siblings, Sora and Shiro, who are transported to another world called Disboard. In the other world, everything is decided by games, and violence is prohibited. It is a perfect sort of world for the siblings who are shut-in gamers and are experts at games. No Game No Life is a very large franchise with many products being released such as figures and Nendoroids. Due to the popularity of Shiro, products in her design have been popular. Nendoroid No Game No Life Shiro (Re-run)

Shiro from No Game No Life comes in a small and cute Nendoroid form. She wears her usual oversized purple sailor uniform with a large yellow ribbon. Shiro has been painted with detail to reproduce her long flowy hair with many different colors tinting it. Attached to her side ponytail is a crown to signify her position as Queen of the kingdom of Elkia.

The Shiro Nendoroid comes with three different face plates to enjoy. The first one is a calm expression with her mouth slightly opened. The second one shows Shiro crying and looking very bothered. Her last expression shows a slightly worried yet pouting expression as her mouth has been sculpted into the shape of an upside-down 'v'. Shiro is the younger step-sibling of Sora and is the more calm one of the two. She is a genius with great calculation skills and makes up the other half of the unbeatable team Blank.

About Shiro: Background

Shiro was found to be a genius while she was extremely young and she didn’t have proper memories of her mother. She was taken care of at a facility and played many puzzle games. However, due to her skills, the games were very boring for her. When her mother remarried she took Shiro back into her family. This was when she met Sora for the first time and called him ‘empty’ because he was smiling without emotion and speaking the appropriate words the adults wanted to hear.

Sora grew excited that he had met someone so genuine and asked Shiro if she wanted to play games. The two played many games and gave excitement to each other's lives. Time passes and the two are living together without their parents and it has been inferred that they have been abandoned. However, the two are perfectly fine living with each other.

After the siblings are sent a challenge request from Tet, a God from a different world, they play a game of chess. While it is Shiro’s specialty, she can’t read the thought process behind a person playing and requires her brother’s help with traps. When the two finally beat Tet after a long time of playing, the God from a different world decides to transport them to his world. He thinks they have been born in the wrong world and wishes them to enjoy his world called Disboard. In Disboard, acts of violence have been forbidden and everything must be decided through games making it perfect for the gamer siblings.

About Shiro: Abilities

Shiro is a genius with the ability to calculate problems with extreme ease. Her expertise in calculating the trajectory of bullets allows her to make it seem as though her opponents' attacks always miss while her bullets follow them. She can also defeat any AI in chess. Shiro can simulate a large number of scenarios in her head and choose the correct option. Her thought process is almost similar to future predictions, allowing her to gain victory.

Other Important No Game No Life Characters

The different races who join the siblings known as Blank, help them to create a great alliance. Sora and Shiro know the Ten Covenants well and wish to play happily with everyone and enjoy the games. They help the races get over their grudges through the games enforced by the One True God.

Sora

Sora is the older step-brother to Shiro and they both care greatly for one another. While Shiro excels at logical thinking and calculations, Sora is an expert with human emotions. He is able to accurately guess the thought process of his opponents to make it seem like he is reading their minds.

Jibril

Jibril is from the Flugel race and is extremely powerful. After losing in a game against Sora and Shiro, according to the rules of the game, she gives herself to the siblings. Jibril understands the skills and intellect the siblings possess and pledges to serve them as her new master. Her great affinity with magic helps the siblings greatly with games.
