The cheerful fourth sister Yotsuba Nakano joins the Nendoroid line in an adorable manner. She wears her school uniform complete with her green ribbon around her neck and her large green headband ribbon on her head. Her short hair has been painted orange like the anime which allows her to stand out.
The Yotsuba Nendoroid also comes with three different facial expressions. The first one is a normal smiling face with her eyes bright and her mouth open. The second expression shows her when she is trying to lie but fails. One eye is closed and her eyebrows are knitted together as she sweats. The last expression shows her cute side as she blushes and her eyes are looking up. There are also various features included such as a 100 points test paper and a 0-score test paper.

About Yotsuba Nakano
Yotsuba is the fourth sister of the quintuplets. Her name 'Yotsu' (四) means four and 'Ba' (葉) means leaf.
About Yotsuba Nakano: Background
Yotsuba is a very bright girl and she is the only one who didn’t act hostile toward Futaro. She cheerfully encouraged him to try to get the sisters to study. When Futaro didn’t succeed in getting all the quintuplets to study and was depressed, Yotsuba tried her best to comfort him. Yotsuba is kind and generally can’t say no to someone in need of help.
Despite always acting positively she holds complex feelings towards her sisters. She feels inferior when compared to her sisters and wishes to be different from them. When the quintuplets were young they all had the same long hair and the same personality. However, Yotsuba wanted to be different and cut her hair very short and decided to work on extra-curricular activities, making her quite sporty.
Her inferiority complex can be seen in her relationship with Futaro. She had always liked Futaro but couldn’t admit her feelings as she was embarrassed about her grades. Instead of acting on her feelings, she tries to stay on the sidelines and instead supports Futaro with whoever he likes. Since her other sisters have already admitted their feelings toward Futaro she believes he would never look her way.

Yotsuba is an extremely athletic person. She is fast at running and scored 7.9 seconds when doing a 50-meter sprint. Her eyesight is excellent and her sense of smell is also great. While she is a bright and honest girl she can lie when she wants to and is superbly good at keeping secrets,
In regards to her academic ability, she is the worst out of her sisters. On her tests, she sometimes scores zero despite answering all of the questions. However, instead of being oblivious to her intelligence, Yotsuba clearly knows her abilities and is aware of her shortcomings, and accepts her tutor happily. Her best subject is Japanese.

Yotsuba is an energetic girl and is always kind to the people around her. She has many friends and is a sociable character. Despite feeling inferior toward her sisters she still cares for them deeply and doesn’t wish for them to feel sad.
Nino Nakano
Nino is the mother of the family and cares deeply for her sisters. Since Yotsuba is athletic but also a bit of a simpleton she often hurts herself or is injured. Nino has gotten into the habit of keeping bandages on her in the case when Yotsuba accidentally hurts herself.
Miku Nakano
Miku and Yotsuba are very similar in regards to their feelings. Miku is someone with very low self-esteem and doesn't believe she is someone good enough to like Futato. Yotsuba is similar in the way she wants Futaro to be happy and says she will support him with whoever he likes. Despite having feelings for him herself, she believes she doesn’t have a chance when compared to her sisters.
