Minerva - Re:Zero

Minerva is the Witch of Wrath. She is a petite girl (though special note is made of the size of her breasts) with long blonde hair tied into a ponytail and blue eyes. She wears a pink and blue hairclip over the left eye. She typically wears a white overcoat over a short sleeveless blue dress that leaves a lot of her cleavage visible. She also wears white sleeves that extend from her upper arms to her wrists. Lastly she also wears white stockings that go up to her thighs. All of her clothes have blue and pink accents (such as the inside of her coat's collar). Despite having a fairly spunky and energetic look Minerva has a relatively plain personality.
History
There is currently no specifics known about the time Minerva was alive save that it was before the events of the Witch of Envy which places it over 400 years prior to the start of the story. The people around her were in a constant state of fighting which caused her a great deal if distress to the point of shedding tears. Eventually she realized that crying was not going to solve anything and she dedicated herself to the idea of being a deterrant. She trained and amassed power, but even that was not enough to cause any kind of meaningful change. As time went on and she kept fighting Minerva came to the realization that her tears were not that of sorrow but rather of rage.
With that thought in mind she began using her Authority of Wrath and punched people which healed their wounds. Minerva began her crusade to travel the world and heal people wherever she found them in need. Unfortunately a side effect of her power is that for every time she healed someone it also caused a calamity elsewhere in the world. Undeterred, she ignored that aspect of her power stating that she didn't care about what she couldn't see. However, she did immediately move to address the newest troubles the moment her current problem was resolved.
At some point (likely during her travels) Minerva develops some kind of relationship with the race of the elves. She is later shown to care deeply about Emilia and the other elves. Eventually Minerva would be killed along with other Witches of Sin by Satella the Witch of Envy. At some point her soul is taken by Echidna the Witch of Greed. Through Echidna's powers Minerva is still able to materialize in a limited capacity.
During the events of Arc 4, when Subaru and Echidna are having a tea party to chat, Subaru is maimed by Typhon. Minerva is eventually brought out to heal his wounds. She warns him not to get injured again although she admitted that she would heal him again regardless. Towards the end of the events of the Arc as Echidna transplants her soul into the body of Lewes Meyer, Minerva's soul remains with Echidna. It is later placed (along with the other Witch's souls) into a pyroxene crystal. Echidna has shown that she can still call upon the souls of the Witches of Sin even in her new body (that she calls Omega).
Relationships
Satella - Minerva (similarly to the other Witches of Sin) dislikes the portion of Satella known as the Witch of Envy though she doesn't bear any particular ill will towards the original personality of Satella herself.
Echidna - Minerva's soul resides with Echidna at the moment. The two of them have been shown to have a good relationship due to their innate care for other people and desire to solve the world's problems. Echidna is able to call upon Minerva even now as she is travelling the Kingdom of Lugnica under the guise of Omega.
Emilia - Minerva cares for Emilia and other elves although the specific details of her history with the entire race is yet to be revealed. This may even tie into Echidna's knowledge of Emilia's past and parents.
Natsuki Subaru - Minerva healed Subaru's grievous injuries at the hands of Typhon. She warned him not to get hurt again though she admits that she would heal him anyway.
Abilities
Authority of Wrath - As the Witch of Wrath, Minerva is able to use this ability. She manifests it by healing others through physical contact. The authority also seemingly grants her super strength and speed. This seems to contrast quite starkly with the powers exhibited by Sirius, the current Sin Archbishop of Wrath.
