Armin Arlert Attack on Titan - Nendoroid

From the hit anime series, Attack on Titan, there have been many products produced. Eren Yeager the protagonist tries to power his way through situations whereas his childhood friend Armin Arlert is known as the brains of the group. He leads his friend group and tries to come up with the best scenario possible. As Armin is one of the main characters in the series there have been many products produced of him. One of the more popular products to be released is the “Nendoroid Attack on Titan Armin Arlert (Re-run)”. This Armin Nendoroid allows the fans to enjoy the cuter side of Armin. As the Attack on Titan series has quite a serious plotline the characters are constantly having to fight with their lives on the line. With the Nendoroid figure, the fans are able to enjoy a smaller version of their favorite character and pose them in various ways with the features included.

Nendoroid Attack on Titan Armin Arlert (Re-run)

This Nendoroid of Armin is the sixth one released in the series. Enjoy his form as he wears the cadet uniform of a plain shirt and brown jacket with the cadet logo of two swords on his shoulders and left chest. He wears white pants and boots with harnesses so he can use the 3D maneuvering gear. The 3D gear is detachable and so are the dual blades which he would use to get rid of the titans. This Nendoroid comes with three different expressions. One is a serious face with his mouth in a straight line. The second is a happy face where his blue eyes look kindly with his mouth slightly open. The last expression is a desperate face where his mouth is wide open as though he was shouting something. The Armin Nendoroid also comes with an alternate kneeling part as well as an alternate head part where it looks as though he was injured and has bandages wrapped around his forehead.

About Armin Arlert

Armin is one of the main characters in the story. It was thanks to him pointing out to a soldier that the protagonist (Eren) was probably at his home that he was able to survive the first breach in the walls made by the Colossal Titan. Armin is a smart character yet he doesn’t have much confidence in himself and isn’t able to handle taking on the responsibility of the lives of his friends.

About Armin Arlert: Background

Armin as a child was always curious about the outside world. He wanted to know more about what existed outside of the large walls they lived in but knew it was a treacherous thought so he kept it hidden. He would always secretly sneak out his grandfather’s forbidden books and read them together with Eren who was also interested in the outside world. Armin at first thought it was stupid and weird to have such ideas about the outside world but after gaining recognition from Eren he grew a bit more confident and the two became great friends.

About Armin Arlert: Abilities

Armin graduated from cadet training and knows how to use the 3D maneuvering gear to take down a titan. His skills with the gear are not as high as his fellow cadets as he wasn’t able to gain a placing. However, Armin’s true ability lies in his high intelligence. He is able to piece together clues and discover what the true motives of his enemies could be. He is able to make plans that could save his friends and lead to the least amount of casualties with the minimal amount of equipment they have.

Other Important Attack on Titan Characters

Armin grew up with Eren Yeager and Mikasa Ackerman as young children. Armin was easily bullied as a young child since he was weak and Eren would try to save him. Eren as a child had the energy but not enough strength to back up his words leading to Mikasa usually beating up the bullies and saving the day. Eren was quite hot-headed while Mikasa was too emotionless but they all balanced out with Armin being the calm and level-headed one and understanding what the two of them were trying to do.

Eren Yeager

Eren is the protagonist of the story and relies on Armin to give him successful plans for defeating the enemy or saving the citizens. As children, the two had big dreams of seeing the outside world and joining the survey corps to escape the large walls. Eren hated the feeling of growing up inside the walls and feeling like livestock. When he was young he would excitedly watch the survey corps return from their mission outside the walls.

Mikasa Ackerman

Throughout the series, Mikasa Ackerman seems to only care about Eren but when Eren is not with her Mikasa is always seen with Armin. As those three were childhood friends they all care about each other and think of each other as family. When Eren tries to push Mikasa aways for her own good, Armin stands up for Mikasa and tries to protect the friendship they share.
