Sebastian Michaelis Black Butler - Nendoroid
On the 2nd of October, 2008 the popular series Black Butler aired its first episode. It is a story about a young noble boy who has a very devilishly handsome man as his butler. The butler named Sebastian Michaelis is actually a demon and gathered lots of popularity due to his inhuman skills. He has a very suave personality and is able to easily seduce many others while at the same time he can handle the busy schedule as the head butler of a high-ranking noble. There are a large number of female fans who have fallen for his charms resulting in many products being released. One of the popular merchandise is the “Nendoroid Doll Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic Sebastian Michaelis”. It is a Sebastian Michaelis Nendoroid figure which allows the fans to enjoy his cuter side as the figure has been sculptured to be a smaller version of its original self with the head being bigger than it usually would when compared with the rest of the body.

This Nendoroid of Sebastian has been crafted to seem more doll-like with a specially made costume made from cloth materials. Sebastian has beautifully painted sleek black hairs and slanted red eyes and a soft mysterious smile that seem to hide many secrets. His butler uniform has been crafted with many details. He wears a white button-up short-sleeved shirt with a grey vest and black tie attached together. The vest has small buttons and pockets to recreate what he would normally be wearing in the series. He also comes with black slacks, socks, and dress shoes. His black tailcoat has a badge on his left to show that he is the head butler just like in the Black Butler series. You can dress him in his full outfit or remove the tailcoat to enjoy a more casual and relaxed version of Sebastian. The Nendoroid comes with alternate hand parts for a wider variety of poses. One of the hand parts shows Sebastian with one finger straight with the rest of his fingers in a fist to recreate the scenes where he asks to keep what was just seen a secret.

About Sebastian Michaelis
Sebastian is a very old and powerful demon. He enters into contracts with humans and the payment he receives is to eat the souls of the humans after he grants their wishes. The human form that is shown in the series is not his real form but something he created to suit the position of a butler and due to his devil’s aesthetic, he performs his duties as a butler to the highest level possible.

Sebastian had entered into contracts with many greedy humans, he granted their wishes and would devourer their souls. He had a time when he would eat every soul possible but he has changed and wishes to eat delicious souls. When he entered into a contract with his master Ciel Phantomhive he decided to nurture the soul into a delectable one that has tasted the sweet taste of revenge.
About Sebastian Michaelis: Abilities
As a demon, Sebastian has many abilities. Normal weapons such as guns and knives don’t have much effect against him as he can easily heal those wounds. The one thing that could heavily injure him would be another demon or a death god’s scythe. He is able to handle his duties as a butler superbly and goes above and beyond what a normal butler would do. He can fix up broken buildings and shattered glass in an instant as well as make a large feast of delicious food appear in the blink of an eye but was scolded by Ciel as it was not something a normal butler would be able to do.
Other Important Black Butler Characters
Sebastian is a servant of the Phantomhive family and mainly interacts with his master Ciel and they are always together. He is also always having to help the other servants in the household as they were hired mostly for their fighting prowess rather than their abilities as a servant. He has to help the maid Mey-rin a lot as her eyesight is not very good causing her to break many dishes.
Ciel Phantomhive
Ciel Phantomhive is his master as well as his contractor. He helps his master in his everyday life, such as dressing him up, planning his schedule, and preparing nutritious meals for him. Sebastian is very skilled in many areas and he acts as Ciel’s teacher for many noble hobbies such as hunting, fencing, and music. Ciel trusts Sebastian to never betray him due to their contract and isn’t frightened of Sebastian despite knowing he only wants to eat his soul.
Mey-rin
Mey-rin is the only maid in the Phantomhive household and she is in charge of helping take care of the guests her master Ciel invites over. However, Mey-rin is quite clumsy and breaks plates a lot, and spills food due to her being very far-sighted with her glasses not helping as much as they should. Mey-rin cares about Ciel very much since he changed her life and allowed a servant such as her to receive glasses which are very expensive things.
