Zenitsu Agatsuma Demon Slayer - Nendoroid

Released on the 6th of April, 2019 is the hit anime series Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba). It follows the story of young men fighting against demons that roam the night killing and eating innocent people. Ranked 2nd in the popularity poll for the manga is one of the main characters Zenitsu Agatsuma. He is a popular character due to the large gap in his personality. While Zenitsu is usually quite a wimpy character and acts scared, his true strength shows when he is unconscious. When all hope appears to be lost, Zenitsu shows off his strength and quickly defeats the demons without being conscious. Due to his popularity, there have been a few products released such as the “Nendoroid Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Zenitsu Agatsuma (Re-run)”, “Nendoroid Swacchao! Nendoroid Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Zenitsu Agatsuma (Re-run)

Enjoy the cute figure of Zenitsu as he wears his usual demon slayer corps uniform with his eye-catching yellow and orange gradient haori with white triangle patterns on it. Zenitsu's sword can be sheathed and unsheathed to show his nichirin blade that has a lightning pattern on it. The Nendoroid also comes with optional features such as his messenger bird that is a sparrow as well as a special effect to make it look like he is using his thunder breathing technique. Zenitsu comes with four different faceplates. The first expression shows him staring blankly with his mouth slightly open. The second expression shows Zenitsu with a very shocked expression where his eyes are bulging and his face has turned blue. The third expression shows Zenitsu with an embarrassed expression, his eyes are very simplified and his mouth is wide open in a dorky smile. The last expression shows a serious Zenitsu with his eyes closed, mouth open but with his teeth clenched shut as though he was about to release his technique.

Nendoroid Swacchao! Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Zenitsu Agatsuma

This cute Nendoroid of Zenitsu shows him in his usual black demon slayer corps uniform that resembles a school gakuran and baggy pants. His nichirin blade is sheathed and attached to his hip as he sits on a chair with his arm to his side. Zenitsu has a blank stare and he looks like he is lost while sitting and taking a rest. His mouth is small and slightly open as though he just let out a sigh. It is a very cute addition to the series of Nendoroids available and it allows the fans to place their favorite character in various places.

Nendoroid Doll Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Zenitsu Agatsuma

This adorable Nendoroid of Zenitsu is quite similar to a doll as you can make it wear its clothes. The body of Zenitsu has been sculpted and made to suit the clothing he would usually wear in the Demon Slayer series. His outfit consists of a black gakuran-like top and baggy black pants with a white belt attached. He can be displayed with just his uniform or with his signature yellow and orange colored haori. The expressions that the Nendoroid shows are slightly scared or worried. His mouth is slightly opened to make it look like he is whining or is confused.

About Zenitsu Agatsuma

Zenitsu is afraid of many things and doesn’t want to get hurt. He relies on his friends a lot but when times are tough he learns how to use his innate strength and release his sword techniques. Zenitsu is also easily swayed by pretty women and has quite an interest in the opposite sex.

About Zenitsu Agatsuma: Background

Zenitsu had a lot of debts which was why he was sold to his master, Jigoro Kuwajima who was a former Thunder Pillar. He was forcibly taught how to use the sword. Despite Zenitu’s cowardly nature and hate to learn how to fight he wanted to live up to others’ expectations and worked hard to grow stronger.

About Zenitsu Agatsuma: Abilities

Zenitsu was only able to use the first form of the thunder breathing technique but even with just one form, he was able to pass the final selection and become an official demon slayer. With his super-fast technique, he is able to catch demons off guard and finish them off. Zenitsu also has very good hearing and can hear the difference between the sounds of humans and demons.

Other Important Demon Slayer Characters

Since Zenitsu is quite a cowardly character he relies heavily on his fellow members, Tanjiro and Inosuke. Zenitsu does try his best to live up to the expectations of his friends and become someone they can also rely on.

Tanjiro Kamado

Zenitsu at times can act very wimpy and bother others causing the ever kind Tanjiro Kamado to look a bit disturbed by him. Zenitsu and Tanjiro trust each other very much as friends who have fought together in harsh battles.

Inosuke Hashibira

If there is something Zenitsu can do but Inosuke Hashibira can’t then he gets very competitive in trying to beat him. As Inosuke was someone brought up in the mountains he doesn’t understand social norms making Zenitsu cover for him and try to teach him about normal human life.
