Makoto Naegi Danganronpa - Nendoroid

Danganronpa is a popular series with a game, anime, and manga released. The series follows the main character Makoto Naegi as he finds himself trapped in a school building and forced to kill other students in order to be released. This series shows a fight between hope and despair and the character who represents hope and holds the most hope would be Makoto. His unbending will of hope and good luck makes him popular with lots of merchandise being made of him. Enjoy the Nendoroid figure of Makoto Naegi, the character who possesses the super high school level good luck. The Nendoroid shows Makoto in his younger high school years when he was locked into their school building and forced into the killing school life. His brown hair is medium length and slightly covers his eyes and on the top of his head is his prominent hair antenna. He wears his school uniform which consists of a back hoodie with red and white lines where the zip is, over the top he wears a black blazer with gold buttons and the logo on the left. His pants are black and he wears red and white shoes. The Makoto Nendoroid comes with three different expressions. One is a normal face with his eyes looking forward and his mouth in a straight line. The second face shows Makoto acting very nervous, he has sweat marks on his face and his mouth is open with his teeth showing to make it seems as though he was put on the spot with nothing to say to defend himself. The last expression shows Makoto with a determined face as though he was accusing one of his classmates. His eyebrows are furrowed and his mouth is opened wide as though he were shouting. The figure also comes with extra optional features. There is a brown witness stand as seen in the series and a sign to rebuttal statements to recreate scenes from the series where the characters are accusing one another of the crimes of killing a classmate.

About Makoto Naegi

Makoto is the main character of the series and is the one who holds the hope to fight against despair. He doesn't think he has many talents but the only thing he does have is unbending optimism. He doesn't realize it but his good luck is greater than the despair the culprit holds. He tries to be optimistic when the rest of his classmates are worried and unsure of what actions to take next.

About Makoto Naegi: Background

Makoto grew up in a completely normal household. He had kind parents and a younger sister to who he was close. At first, he wasn't supposed to be accepted into the elite Hope’s Peak Academy student however after a few unfortunate events that lead to a lucky outcome for Makoto he was chosen from the lottery to enroll in the school as the student with the high school level ultimate luck.

About Makoto Naegi: Abilities

Makoto has the title of being the ultimate hope and he enrolled into Hope Peak’s Academy as the high school level ultimate lucky student. He was able to gain the title of being the lucky student by winning a lottery that chose him to enroll in the elite school. Although Makoto is being called the ultimate hope he finds it a bit embarrassing to be called such an important title but even in the face of despair, he remains optimistic.

Other Important Danganronpa Characters

Makoto interacts with many characters throughout the series and Monokuma is the main character as he is one of the main antagonists. Later in the series, Makoto made use of Chiaki Nanami as an A.I was made in the form of her.

Monokuma

Monokuma is the character that represents the ultimate despair. He is the one who forces the students into killing one another to escape their situation filled with despair. Monokuma generally acts friendly but can be easily angered if one of the students breaks the rules of the game he made. He easily answered one of Makoto’s questions and joked but then quickly changed his personality making it hard to get a read on the character.

Chiaki Nanami

Chiaki Nanami held the title of the super high school level gamer. She is someone who played all types of games even ones she called bad but the only type of games she wasn’t good at were dating simulations. She is a quiet and shy girl but when it comes to games she can get really energetic. Later an A.I program is made to seem just like her which Makoto uses to make a neo world program that will undo the brainwashing of despair.
