Synopsis
Idols from across the series gather together!
Raki has just transferred into Star Harmony Academy, and her dream is to one day perform in a dress that she herself designed. Using her Aikatsu Pass that she obtained from her sister, she has her first stage performance and her Aikatsu Pass suddenly starts to shine. Doors begin to open before her and she begins meeting all kinds of idols, even ones she’s never heard of before!
Background
Aikatsu on Parade! is the newest anime in the Aikatsu! franchise and is based on the collectible card game of the same name by Bandai. The anime is being directed by Shisho Igarashi with Yuuko Kakihara writing the script, Satomi Watabe designing the characters, and both monaca and onetrap creating the music. Raki, Aine, and Mio from Best Friends! are performing both the opening theme song “Kimi no Entrance” and ending theme song “Idol Katsudo! on Parade! Ver.” The anime will premiere in Japan on Oct. 5.

A new idol who just transferred into Star Harmony Academy, Raki is cheerful and bubbly who is able to stay positive no matter what happens. For some reason she has tremendous luck, often getting the top prize in lotteries and always drawing the “excellent luck” omikuji. She enjoys designing dresses and aspires to one day have her own brand.
Aine Yuki (Voiced by: Akane Matsunaga)
Likes: Animals, penguins, tomato basil cheese sandwiches, family
Skills: Music, making friends, being stylish
A first-year student in the idol department at Star Harmony Academy, Aine is a bright and positive girl with a kind heart who has no problems ever making friends. She formed the group Pure Palette with Mio when she was a second-year student in middle school. That year they competed in the Diamond Friends Cup and became the top Diamond Friends.
Mio Minato (Voiced by: Ibuki Kido)
Likes: Picture books, tomato basil cheese sandwiches

A first-year student in the idol department at Star Harmony Academy, Mio is excellent fashion sense and is the designer and muse for her brand Material Color. She has been active as an idol since a young age and forms Pure Palette after meeting Aine.
Yume Nijino (Voiced by: Miyu Tomita)

Skills: Imagination, determination, singing
A member of the top idol group S4 at Yottsusei Academy, Yume is bright and full of energy. She always gives her best and tries her hardest to achieve her dream of becoming a top idol. She launched the brand Rainbow Berry Parfait together with her childhood friend, Koharu.
Akari Ozora (Voiced by: Shino Shimoji)
Likes: Donuts, oranges, curry

Akari is a bright and positive girl who longs to be like Ichigo. She became an idol after being discovered by Ichigo at the Starlight Academy’s freshmen auditions. She gives 120% every day to achieve her dreams and was crowned the Starlight Queen.
Ichigo Hoshimiya (Voiced by: Sumire Morohoshi)

Skills: Making the perfect amount of rice
Ichigo longs to be like top idol Mizuki Kanzaki and started her idol activities when she was a first-year student in middle school. She has since grown into one of Starlight Academy’s most popular idols. She enjoys being an idol while working hard with her friends at the academy and idols from the rival school Dream Academy.
