Synopsis

Koyomi Araragi, now a vampire, is dismayed to discover on looking into his bathroom mirror the day after his high school graduation that his reflection is staring at him. He tries to reach out and touch it, but his hand sinks straight into the mirror. Soon after, he begins to notice a few other strange things like his sister Karen being a lot shorter than he remembered and Yotsugi suddenly developing facial expressions. He tries to talk to Shinobu about it, but she doesn’t reply! A visit to Kitashirahebi Shrine proves still more perplexing when he encounters a grown up version of Mayoi Hachikuji who explains to him that he is now in a strange mirror world where everything is “reversed.” Is Koyomi ever going to get “home,” and if so, how?
