After the release of the Kimetsu no Yaiba: Demon Slayer series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge it gained a popularity quickly with worldwide success. Many die-hard fans were also quick to take to creating their own derivative stories from the original plot in the form of doujinshi and fanfictions. In the case of fanfiction, they are original fan-made written stories that are unofficial and allow the fans to explore new possibilities that the series can offer and to expand the original concept of the story.

Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer) Ship

A ship is a love story that fans create and imagine between two or more characters of an original story and is one of the main and popular topics of the fanfiction stories. These romances do not have to correspond with the reality of the series, and are completely up to how the writer of the fanfiction wants to play with the stories and characters. In order to identify the members that are included in a ship, fans usually create a name that combines the names of the characters involved.

Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer) Crossovers

It is very common in fanfictions for the characters or settings of two or more series to be combined into one story.
