Toradora! is a popular love comedy series and the anime was first released on the 1st of October 2008. The author Yuyuko Takemiya has written many light novels and mangas with Toradora being one of her popular pieces. It is a story that revolves around the main character Ryuuji Takasu who has a sharp look making many of his classmates think he is a delinquent despite his kind personality. On the other hand, the main heroine of the series Taiga Aisaka appears to have an adorable figure while her personality is hard and prickly. The two characters learn about each other's family circumstances and try to help each other with their romantic love interests. Taiga is a very popular character with many figures made in her design. Nendoroid Petite: Taiga Aisaka - Final Episode ver.

Enjoy the extremely small petite Nendoroid of Taiga from Toradora! She wears a black sailor uniform which is what she wears in the very last episode of the series. Taiga appears to look shy as she holds her hands behind her back and blushes slightly. Her expression is soft and not the usual grumpy appearance that shows off her big attitude. This Nendoroid comes with a special monthly anime-style magazine that shows special information about the series. Inside the magazine, there are discussions between the staff about the original images and it even features some of the voice actors.

Taiga is the main female protagonist of the series. Due to her short stature and brutal personality against others she was given the nickname “palmtop tiger."

About Taiga Aisaka: Background

Taiga comes from a very wealthy family and has no money problems at all. Despite her wealth, her family circumstances are very complicated. After her parents divorced Taiga lived with her father but didn't feel comfortable with his new wife. When Taiga told her father she wanted to move out and live by herself, her father quickly accepted it and made preparations for Taiga to leave. This caused Taiga to become very sad as she realized that her father cared more about his new wife than his daughter. He didn't want Taiga around in his new life but still paid for her living expenses.

About Taiga Aisaka: Abilities

She is not afraid to speak her mind and acts harshly toward everyone apart from her best friend Minori. Despite her short and weak-looking appearance Taiga can be quite strong and has a wooden sword as her weapon. Near the beginning of the story, we can see her breaking into Ryuuji’s room and brandishing a wooden sword to attack him.

Other Important Toradora! Characters

The interactions between the main characters are very important to the reader. It is possible to tell the deep friendships the characters have. Despite wanting to further their love life the characters keep their friendships tight and care deeply for each other.

Ryuuji Takasu

Ryuuji is the protagonist of the series and contrary to the scary appearance he wants to have a sweet heartwarming love life. He helps Taiga with her love interest while also helping himself. Due to his appearance, he is often misunderstood as a delinquent which causes all sorts of problems. In truth, Ryuuji is an extremely kind-hearted person and due to living with only his mother he has learned to be self-sufficient and can accomplish many household tasks.

Minori Kushieda

She is Taiga’s best friend and they are extremely close. Minori is also the love interest of the protagonist Ryuuji and appears to have some interest in Ryuuji as well. She is extremely energetic and positive, while she does think about Ryuuji, ultimately she cares about her best friend Taiga the most.
