The Last of Us II is a widely popular action game that was released in 2020. It is a game developed by Naughty Dog which is playable on the PlayStation. This game is the sequel to The Last of Us and is set in a world five years after the first game. Players are able to control characters in a post-apocalyptic world where they fight cannibalistic zombies with various weapons. Ellie Williams is one of the characters the player can choose. She is a character from the United States who has seen many things and has grown up in a very harsh world.

Ellie is a popular character due to her calm and wise personality despite her young age. She is curious about the outside world due to being an orphan who was raised in a military boarding school. The Last of Us is a popular franchise with a variety of merchandise released and include products made in the design of Ellie as she is a well-known character. She wears her casual outfit of a plain t-shirt with a jacket on top and dark pants and shoes that are easy to run in. Her outfit is complete with her backpack that carries her essentials and even cute badges recreated from the series. On her arm, you can see the tattoo of a moth that she received from her ex-girlfriend.

There are two face plates available to be posed with. Each faceplate perfectly recreates her freckles and slashed eyebrow giving her a slightly rough look. A messy half-up hairstyle frames her face while the rest of her hair reaches her shoulders. The two faceplates the Ellie Nendoroid comes with are a normal serious face and an angry shouting face. Included together with the Nendoroid are various optional features. The Nendoroid can be posed together with a gun, bow and arrow, machete, and a brick. About Ellie Williams: Background

Ellie was born in the United States when the Cordyceps brain infection had spread. This is the cause of humans turning into cannibalistic zombies and turning the world upside down. The identity of her father is unknown and when she was born her mother died making Ellie an orphan. As a young child, Ellie was raised in a boarding school run by an oppressive military. The boarding school was located in a quarantine zone in Boston but due to the worldwide infection, Ellie knows nothing about the normal modern world.

Since Ellie was brought up in an isolated area she is very curious about the outside world. She is obsessed with information about the modern-day world. Her small amount of knowledge about pop culture comes from various music, movies, and books given to her by others.

As Ellie was brought up in a post-apocalyptic world, her morals and values are considerably loose when compared to normal standards. In a world where it is not strange to be healthy one day but end up dying the next day, one needs to be strong in order to survive. Ellie is quite foul-mouthed and is not afraid to use violence to express herself or as a means to an end.

About Ellie Williams: Abilities

At first, Ellie is unable to swim making it very disadvantageous for her but in Part 2 of the game, she has learned how to swim. She is proficient with guns and can use a large variety of firearms. Despite being a female she is quite physically strong and she can use large melee weapons like hammers. She is also able to restrain some of her opponents but they will be able to break out of her grip after a short while.

Joel Miller

Joel is a playable protagonist in The Last of Us, while he is a supporting character in the other games. He is a survivor in America where most of his friends and family have all died due to the infection. In order to survive, he has closed off his emotions and become desensitized to the crumbling world around him. When he meets Ellie he slowly gains back his hope and creates a strong bond with Ellie who is the key to humanity's survival.

Abigail Anderson

Abigail is known by the nickname Abby and is the other playable protagonist of The Last of Us Part 2. She is a character who is obsessed with revenge against Joel Miller who killed her father. Through a long and arduous journey, she accomplished her vengeance and shortly starts to question her loyalties. Her vulnerability about her trauma and nightmares make her a likable character as she rediscovers her purpose in life.
