D.Va Overwatch - Nendoroid

D.Va is a huge fan favorite and is one of the most played Overwatch characters. With her cute demeanor but vital combat skill, it is no wonder so many fans love her. D.Va wears her classic skin in this version. Her iconic dark blue, hot pink, and white suit were accurately recreated, along with her dark brown hair, the famous black, and pink gamer headset, and the pink marks on her face. D.Va also comes with a variety of accessories, including a small MEKA unit, articulated arm, leg and waist parts to recreate the iconic moment throughout the game. Nendoroid Overwatch D.Va: Academy Skin Edition

In this version, D.Va wears her academy outfit. Her hair accurately replicates her braided pigtails, pink headphones, and cheek's pink markings. She wears a navy blue with pink accent blue blazer with a white shirt and pink necktie underneath. In addition, she wears a pink checkered skirt with navy and pink socks with white and pink shoes on the bottom. This Nendoroid comes with three face plates, her charming smile, her winking expression, and her neutral expression. Other accessories she comes with include removable glasses, her light gun, and the MEKA drone.

About D.Va

D.Va is a former professional gamer recruited to help defend her home country.

About D.Va: Background

D.Va, real name Hana Song, was raised in South Korea. She played games with her father as a child, which gave her the foundation to become a skilled gamer. D.Va became a Mecha Guardian V player in high school and quickly became #1 ranked. She also won a world championship and quickly beat her teammates. She is very competitive and will play to win, no matter what it costs, earning her a ruthless reputation.

While D.Va grew up, MEKA struggled to find pilots to control the mechs. They then turn to professional gamers who have the necessary qualities to handle the mech. Hana Song was drafted. Her competitive nature allowed her to become a top pilot. While she may seem carefree, she also struggles to balance her emotions of having to defend her country.

When their name reaches the news, D.Va first hears of Overwatch as they manage to repulse the Null Sector's attack on Paris. She presses HQ and her boss Myung to contact Overwatch to work together. When an attack on Busan occurs, when MEKA struggles to protect Busan, Overwatch appears and can successfully deflect the Null Sector forces. After this incident, Myung gave D.Va a new assignment to join Overwatch and help assess the teats and would report back to MEKA so they could update their strategies. She happily takes on the further tasks and joins the members of Overwatch.

About D.Va: Abilities

Unlike many others, D.Va is a tank hero that has some mobility. She can attack an enemy at close-range. One of her notable abilities is the Fusion Cannons. Fusion Cannons are the primary weapon on the mech and can fire shotgun-like bullets to a targeted point. She can fire shots without reloading but will move at a slower pace when moving and shooting.

Her ultimate ability is Self-Destruct. This ultimately allows D.Va to eject herself from the mech, and the mech itself will detonate after 3 seconds. When it explodes, damage is dealt to those around it. D.Va will usually use the Light Gun after the mech is destroyed. It can deal a good amount of damage. She is also able to call a new mech after the old mech is destroyed.

In the Overwatch, there are various characters, each with their unique backgrounds and abilities. The special characters are the reason for the game's immense popularity.

Mercy

Mercy, also known as Angela Ziegler, joined Overwatch and became head of medical research. She uses nano-biology to help heal injuries and illnesses. She developed the Valkyrie suit to help use the technology on the battlefield. D.Va and Mercy were both in Overwatch at the same time.

McCree

Mccree, also known as Cole Cassidy, is one of the first people from Overwatch D.Va has contact with. McCree comes to Busan to see if MEKA would work with Overwatch, to which Myung gives D.Va the go-ahead. She happily takes on the assignment and joins them to fly back to Watchpoint: Gibraltar.
