This Lio Nendoroid perfectly replicates his iconic blonde hair with light blue streaks and light purple eyes. In addition, he wears an all-black military uniform with turquoise and bright pink points. The uniform has been recreated with care to replicate the black uniform we see in the film accurately. Other accessories included with the figure are two face plates, one with his neutral expression and one with his charming yet scary smile. There are also Burnish flare effect parts, his burnish sword, and an instant extinguishing ice bullet handcuffs.
The classic and the “Complete Combustion Ver.” come with all of the above accessories. In the “Complete Combustion Ver.” a flame throne seat part and interchangeable lower-body half part are included. This lower-body part allows you to display him sitting down on the flame throne seat, just like the film posters!

About Lio Fotia
Lio Fotia is the leader of Mad Burnish and starts as the antagonist of Promare; however, as the film progresses, his positioning changes.
About Lio Fotia: Background
Lio first features when he saves the lawless Mad Burnish from the Freeze Force. He advises the Mad Burnish that their mindless attacks are making their lives difficult, and if they somehow end up killing anyone, it will lead to the government coming for them. This leads them to ask what they should do instead. Lio responds that they should build a self-sufficient society, away from the non-Burnish. The leaders of the Mad Burnish decide that their fate is better in the hands of Lio and determine that they will follow him as their new leader.
The story of Promare starts when Lio, Gueira, and Meis decide to allow themselves to be captured by the Freeze Force to free the Burnish prisoners. They begin by causing chaos in the city, which alerts the Burning Rescue. Once all of the people are rescued, they step in to fight Galo so that they can be caught and be led to where the other Burnish prisoners are kept.
About Lio Fotia: Abilities
Lio has strong leadership abilities, as evident from his ability to lead the Mad Burnish, a group that fights against the experiment done on the Burnish. While he may seem coldhearted at first, he is a competent leader. His intelligence is seen in the way he leads, as his plans are always carefully thought through, and he always considers the best outcome for his people.
Initially, it seems that he is burning buildings for no cause. However, when burning buildings, he always leaves escape routes for those insides. On multiple occasions, he also protects others using his flames. He is incredibly passionate, which is one of his strengths. In particular, he is adamant that the Burnish should never kill without good cause and will protect those unable to defend themselves.
Other Important Promare Characters
While Lio initially seems like an enemy of sorts, as the story progresses, his proper stance is revealed, which also alters his relationships. Most notably, the change in the relationship between Galo and Lio is an integral part of the story.
Galo Thymos
Lio and Galo Thymos start as rivals/enemies. The two first meet when Lio starts a fire in the city, and Galo comes to the scene as a part of the Burning Rescue. Lio, Guiera and Meis also try to pick a fight with Galo so that they will be caught and so they can free the prisoned Burnish. The two initially hold immense disliking for each other as they play for opposing sides. However, when the truth and the relationship between the organizations are revealed, Galo turns to understand Lio. They begin to understand and trust each other and choose to fight alongside each other. In particular, their fight styles are very compatible and allow them to become a strong team.
Kray
Lio has a deep hatred for Kray. This is due to Kray labeling the Mad Burnish as terrorists and conducting multiple experiments on them. He has no sympathy for him and initially hates Galo, who idolizes Kray. Kray is affiliated with the Freeze Force and the Foresight Foundations Burnish Experiments, and Lio does not trust anyone associated with these organizations. His deep hatred for him can also be seen when he summons his fire dragon intending to attack Kray.
