Fire in His Fingertips: A Flirty Fireman Ravishes Me with His Smoldering Gaze (Yubisaki kara no Honki no Netsujo -Kyara Otoko Shoboshi wa Massuguna Me de Watashi o Idaita-) is a manga series by Tanishi Kawano that has been serialized in Suiseisha’s josei manga magazine Screamo since July 2018 and has been published in five collected tankobon volumes under their Clair TL Comics imprint as of June 2021. The series has been licensed for English release in North America through Seven Seas Entertainment.

Fire in His Fingertips: My Childhood Friend is a Firefighter (Yubisaki kara Honki no Netsujo: Osana Najimi wa Shoboshi) is the name of the first season of the anime adaptation, which was animated by Studio Hokiboshi and aired from July to September 2019, spanning eight episodes.

A second season of the anime adaptation titled Fire in His Fingertips 2: My Boyfriend is a Firefighter (Yubisaki kara Honki no Netsujo 2 -Koibito wa Shoboshi-) is in the works and is once again being animated by Studio Hokiboshi. Staff includes Toshihiro Watase as director with Eeyo Kurosaki in charge of the screenplay and Katsuyuki Sato handling character designs. Similarly to the first season, it will have two versions, each with a different voice cast: an On-Air version and a Premium version that includes explicit content. The anime’s theme song is “Dokusenteki Passion” by Kent Ito and Natsumi Takamori for the On-Air version and Tengu Margarine and Momoyama Ion for the Premium version. The On-Air version will premiere in Japan on July 4, 2021 on Tokyo MX and BS11, while the Premium version will stream on the ComicFesta Anime website beginning the same day.
