*Hakuoki SSL - Sweet School Life - The Movie*, a live-action adaptation of the popular *Hakuoki* game series, will be released throughout Japan on Feb. 6, 2016.
Since the *tokusatsu* TV program *Garo* in 2005, the *Garo* series has expanded into additional TV series, spin-offs, movies, original videos, and TV anime, and the first theatrical movie in the series is finally on the way as well.
*Tamayura* is a long-running series that began with an OVA in 2010 that depicts the everyday life and growth of female high schooler Fu who loves photography.
A collaboration has begun between *Space Brothers*, a tremendously popular TV anime with a wide fanbase, and the movie *The Martian*, which will be released in Japan on Friday, Feb. 5, 2016 under the title *Odyssey*.
Following the bankruptcy of animation studio Manglobe, production has resumed on the *Genocidal Organ* animated movie which had previously been suspended with the release date postponed.
The second trailer has been posted of the theatrical anime *Ajin: Shodo (Ajin:Demi-Human - Compel)* that will be released in Japan for a limited two-week run beginning Nov. 27.
*Terra Formars* will finally be released Japan-wide on April 29, 2016. Based on the huge hit manga, the buzzworthy movie has an all-star cast and is directed by Takashi Miike.
A teaser has been released for the movie *Boku Dake ga Inai Machi* based on the manga by Kei Sanbe that will be released in theaters Japan-wide in March 2016.
A TV anime adaptation has been greenlit for *Kono Bijutsu-bu niwa Mondai ga Aru!* which is currently serialized in the manga magazine *Dengeki Maoh* (Kadokawa ASCII Media Works).
