It comes fully loaded to thoroughly decorate your New Year’s dining table in One Piece. Every piece features illustrations from the tiered boxes to the chopsticks. Its unique world has been captured into two layers: the “Pirate Seafood” layer, and “Luffy’s Extra Meaty Layer”. This company’s 115 years of history as an osechi maker have been used to supervise the selection of wonderful ingredients that will please both children and young adults, in addition to the extra bonuses.
As a part of including classic osechi foods, the One Piece Pirate Seafood and Luffy’s Extra Meaty layers feature black soy beans, herring roe, and mashed sweet potatoes with sweetened chestnuts. The Pirate Seafood layer is themed around the ocean the Straw Hat Pirates spend so much time on and is filled with delicious and carefully selected seafood, allowing you to enjoy the harvest of the sea. Luffy’s layer is, of course, thoroughly packed with his favorite food: meat.
The Straw Hat Pirates box features the gang gathered for a feast. There are Kimono and Osechi New Year’s versions, and the sides of each feature Chopper dressed up in cute costumes based on the animals of the Chinese zodiac. The box is made of resin, so it’s also reusable. It comes with dishes in indigo featuring Luffy in casual wear, as well as chopsticks in festive red and white paper featuring Luffy in Japanese clothing alongside the Japanese character for kotobuki, meaning “congratulations” or “long life” pressed in gold. It’s specially designed for 2017, as well, with Chopper dressed as a rooster on the included insulated bag in honor of it being the year of the rooster in the Chinese zodiac. This is certainly a must-have item for One Piece fans.
