Lupin III will be taking over Universal Studios Japan next year as one of the theme park's Universal Cool Japan attractions!
2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the original manga, which will see the broadcast of its latest anime adaptation, Lupin the Third Part 5, and a host of other collaborative events in addition to the USJ attractions.
The park will be hosting two major attractions inspired by the legendary gentleman thief: the XR Ride and Entertainment Restaurant. The XR Ride will provide high speed thrills, while guests can also enjoy comedic fun in the restaurant. Both attractions will also feature brand new story elements specially created for Universal Studios Japan.
The two Lupin III attractions will run during the Universal Cool Japan event at Universal Studios Japan from Jan. 18 to Aug. 25, 2019.
