On July 27, Square Enix announced a new mobile game titled World End Heroes!
Though details on the release date and plot were not revealed, Square Enix did list the main cast of 21 talented voice actors, many of whom are instantly recognizable by their roles in other works listed below.
The cast members announced are Akabane Kenji (The Producer in The IDOLM@STER), Amasaki Kouhei (Uno Takaki in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans), Ishikawa Kaito (Iida Tenya in My Hero Academia), Inoue Kazuhiko (Hatake Kakashi in Naruto), Uchida Yuma (Shirazu Ginshi in Tokyo Ghoul:re, Uchiyama Kouki (Shigaraki Tomura in My Hero Academia), Umehara Yuichirou (Gorou in DARLING in the FRANXX), Okamoto Nobuhiko (Okumura Rin in Blue Exorcist), Kobayashi Yusuke (Natsuki Subaru in Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-), Sakurai Takahiro (Kururugi Suzaku in Code Geass), Shimazaki Nobunaga (Mutsumi Asuma in Kiss Him, Not Me), Sugita Tomokazu (Sakata Gintoki in Gintama), Suzuki Hiroki (Mikazuki Munechika in Touken Ranbu stage play), Takeuchi Ryouta (Darui in Boruto), Nojima Kenji (Chiba Mamoru in Sailor Moon Crystal), Hino Satoshi (Sawamura Daichi in Haikyu!!), Horie Shun (Navimon in Digimon Universe: Appli Monsters), Miyake Kenta (All Might in My Hero Academia), Murase Ayumu (Samonji Sayo in Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru), and Yoshino Hiroyuki (Mark Twain in Bungo Stray Dogs 2). Finally, celebrated voice actress and singer Ogata Megumi (Shinji in Neon Genesis Evangelion) is rounding out the cast as the only female member announced so far.
The game's official Twitter account will be dropping more news on World End Heroes in the coming weeks, so be sure to keep an eye out as the details unravel.
