Yes, she's back!
Cardcaptor Sakura's latest manga Clear Card Arc is set for an anime adaptation in 2018, but fans can get a taste of the classic with an original anime short bundled with the third volume of the manga. The manga will be released on September 13 this year, and will include a brand new episode.
The original manga was serialized in Nakayoshi magazine from 1996 to 2000 followed by an anime that aired starting 1998. In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the series, the Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card Arc was serialized in 2016 and is ongoing.
The OAD will take place between the end of the first series and the Clear Card Arc. Fans can look forward to more development between Sakura and
Syaoran, as well as all the best-loved characters as they grow!
