Schmatz Beer Dining is known for their great German food and beer, but they’re switching it up and pairing the sweetness of the sakura season with the delicious, savory taste of pizza for a limited time with their Sakura Cotton Candy Pizza!

The thin pizza is topped with three kinds of cheese and pink cotton candy, and it comes with a sweet honey and ginger sauce to drizzle on top. Watching the cotton candy dissolve is amazing. You can see the magic in the video below!
