“Mobile Suit Gundam: Zabi Family Teacups Part 2,” a collaboration with the anime Mobile Suit Gundam and high quality tableware manufacturer Noritake have gone on sale. Pre-orders began on Premium Bandai on Nov. 6.
“Mobile Suit Gundam: Zabi Family Teacups Part 2” is a series that comes as a set with a tea cup and saucer designed around the concept “what if you could get the Zabi family’s teacups?” The first part of the series sold in 2014 features a black teacup themed after Gihren Zabi and a green teacup themed after Garma Zabi.
The lineup this time is themed after the favorite teacups of the first Dictator of the Principality of Zeon Degwin Sodo Zabi, Commander of the Principality of Zeon’s Space Attack Force Dozle Zabi, and the eldest daughter of the Zabi family and Commander of the Zeon Mobile Suit Forces Kycilia Zabi.
Each of the cups comes in a color themed after their respective character and is accented with beautiful gold coloring. The saucer features the Zeon emblem and the character’s name is also printed on the cup. The colors are red for Degwin, green for Dozle, and blue for Kycilia. With these rare gems, you can feel just like a member of the Zabi family by drinking tea from them while whispering “Sieg Zeon!” Each set costs 7,776 yen (tax included), and they will be delivered in February 2016.
