Kyosuke is baffled when Kirino asks him to be her boyfriend. However, she has a reason behind it. After hearing the reason, Kyosuke agrees to go on a date with her around town as her boyfriend. While on the date though, Minami witnesses the two together.

At the end of the last episode, Kirino suddenly asked Kyosuke to be her boyfriend. However, it isn’t a real confession of love; she just wants him to be her fake boyfriend. It seems that a company is looking to scout Kirino for modeling work abroad, which she doesn’t want to do, so she tries to deceive the recruiter by making her think she has a boyfriend. Kyosuke, who has a soft spot for his little sister, naturally accepts.
They then go around town on a date acting like a couple. Throughout their date, they keep running into their friends and acquaintances, who end up getting the wrong idea. Will the situation become dangerous for Kyosuke, and will his friends end up thinking that he has become a full-blown siscon?
The point to take note of in this episode is the contrast between how older brothers clearly show their love for their little sisters and how little sisters show their love for their older brothers in a slightly roundabout way. They may never be on the same page in this respect, but in the end they are still companions to some extent. Be on the lookout for this awkward relationship in future episodes.
