Kyosuke returns home from school and opens the front door to find a naked girl fresh out of the bath standing in the foyer.
Shocked by the situation, Kyosuke learns that the girl, named Ria, was Kirino’s roommate while she was studying abroad and she has come to do a homestay at the Kousaka residence. The simple-minded Ria then proposes that Kyosuke and Kirino take her sightseeing.

Ria, who was Kirino’s roommate while she was studying abroad in America, has come to do a homestay at Kirino’s house in Japan. Though she is childish, Ria is Kirino’s rival when it come to track and field, and she is absurdly fast. Even as someone who hates the word “prodigy,” Kyosuke evaluates her running abilities as being prodigal. Further testament to her ability is the fact that even though Kirino is gifted at sports, she has only been able to beat Ria once.
Ria is a mischievous girl who can’t accept being defeated by Kirino. She has come to Japan to get revenge for losing to her in America and find out how Kirino was able to beat her. She decides to have a rematch against Kirino, at which Kyosuke cheers Kirino on. Finally beating Kirino and understanding what drove her to win before, Ria returns to America after hinting to Kyosuke that he is the reason she was able to win last time. Afterward, Kirino suddenly asks something completely unexpected of Kyosuke...!
