Mikagami, a young boy whom Kirino and the others run into at Comic Market, is a fashion model, designer, and Kirino’s acquaintance. While seeing these two excitedly talking about otaku things, Kyosuke’s thoughts regarding their relationship are sent spinning. Kyosuke then hears from Kirino’s mouth the shocking truth.

An older brother who can’t be separated from his little sister, a little sister who can’t be separated from her older brother - two who can’t honestly convey how they feel to the other. In this episode, the relationship between these two siblings can be seen.
At the beginning, Kirino and her friends run into Mikagami Kouki, a boy who appears to have a close relationship with Kirino. He is a friend of Kirino’s through their fashion work, and he also shares a common interest in otaku things. Kirino then calls him her boyfriend and invites him back to her house!
At dinner, Kyosuke becomes jealous of the situation and unconsciously gives Mikagami the cold shoulder, showing his distaste. Kirino then becomes angry and slaps Kyosuke before storming out of the room!
Afterward, having had time to contemplate on it, Kyosuke shares his true feelings to Kirino. Kyosuke finally conveying the love he has for his sister is both manly and refreshing. In response to her siscon brother, Kirino shows that she isn’t altogether tsundere and the two make up. At the end of the episode, Kuroneko pulls Kyosuke aside to confess something monumental!
