Every time a new Yakuza game is released, many collaboration products appear for fans to enjoy. For the newest game, Yakuza 5, a surprising collaboration has once again been announced.
The collaboration is with Gindaco Highball Sakaba, a standing bar that sells takoyaki and Suntory Highballs. Gindaco also appears in the game in Kamurocho, Tokyo and Tsukimino, Sapporo. In the game, the main characters can eat items from the menu at Gindaco to recover their strength. What’s even more surprising is that this menu is also available to eat from in real life!
From the end of November until the end of December, Gindaco locations throughout Japan will be selling the “men’s stamina takoyaki set”. Postcards containing download codes for PC and cellphone wallpapers will also be given out.
