[Deprecated] Available Shipping Methods From Our Japan Warehouse During COVID-19

The current global pandemic has resulted in a number of service disruptions for the shipping methods used from our Japan warehouse. This page serves as an easy way to see which shipping methods are still available for you prior to making a purchase. Shipments originating from our US warehouse are not affected.

For shipping methods that are unavailable, you can still select these methods when placing an order, but please note that your items will not ship until that method is available again. If your items are stocked at our warehouse, and an alternative shipping method is available, we will reach out to you with a survey every few weeks to allow you to change your shipping method. Please check "My shipment says "shipping method unavailable". What does this mean?" for more information.

※ FedEx is only available as a regular in-cart shipping method for the US, Australia, Canada and Ireland
※※ DHL is available as an option only for Australia at this time.
