MORNING MUSUME。'15
Sometimes it feels good to have a fresh start, right? Well, it seems this is true even for incredibly popular Japanese idol groups! In 2014, the idol group Morning Musume, known for hit songs like “Love Machine” and “Nanchatte Ren'ai,” was renamed Morning Musume '14. And naturally, as the world celebrated New Year's Eve 2014, Morning Musume '14 went ahead and became Morning Musume '15!
Morning Musume was formed by the Japanese producer Tsunku in 1997, and they are the lead group of the Japanese idol project Hello! Project. The leader of Morning Musume '15, Ai Takahashi, and the sub-leader, Risa Niigaki, help to support the other girls in the group.
No matter what the name of this super popular idol group changes to in the future, their fans are sure to continue fondly calling them Momusu!
