From Good Smile Company with sculpting by the talented Takayuki Kawahara comes this 1/7 scale figure of Hatsune Miku based on the winning entry of the Hatsune Miku 10th Anniversary Illustration Contest!

The theme of the piece is “past and future,” and to express this details on her dress as well as the accessories in her hair and on her microphone stand are motifs of her past songs. The future element is reflected in her reaching into the sky which matches the winning illustration’s title “Reaching Ever Higher.” A highlight includes the thoughtful sculpting of her dress which lifts her off the floor making it really look like she is leaping into the future!

To match her beauty in the artwork, what is capable of figure crafting was pushed to the limits. Her twintails swirl around at her sides and are made with a semi-translucent material for an ephemeral feel. The bow on her microphone is also made of a semi-translucent material. Truly a masterpiece, she will stand out as a centerpiece figure in your collection! Measures 16.9”.
