Fujino Omori’s first ranobe (light novel) *Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?* has sold more than 3.7 million copies since its debut in 2013.
2015’s final issue of Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine included no new episodes of hit manga Hunter x Hunter, ending a 25-year-long record for series creator Yoshihiro Togashi.
Jump Festa 2016 was held at Chiba’s Makuhari Messe. An exhibition of popular manga works took place in the venue delighting the many fans who gathered at the event.
