JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Live-Action to Make World Premiere in Switzerland

The live action JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure movie is set for release in Japanese cinemas this summer, but overseas fans will have the first opportunity to see it as it makes its world premiere at Switzerland's Neuchâtel International Fantastic Film Festival! It will also be screened as part of the official competition at Canada’s Fantasia Film Festival.

The movie is based on the fourth arc of the manga, Diamond is Unbreakable, which was also adapted into a TV anime in 2016. An A-list cast including Yamazaki Kento as the protagonist Higashikata Josuke, Kamiki Ryunosuke, Komatsu Nana, Okada Masaki, Arata Mackenyu, Mizuki Alisa, Kunimura Jun, Yamada Takayuki, and Iseya Yusuke has been lined up for the project.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable premieres in cinemas across Japan from August 4, 2017.
